“We loved it. Went with a dog, all the campsite expectatons were communicated clearly (like the dog having to do all its business outside). Everything was clean, managed nicely and quiet. Enough shades for the tent. whole staff was friendly, a family vibe. We went with no expectations and it was such a great surprise! Beach access directly from campside and the prices are really good (we payed the same price for camping in the mountains)”

“Such a shame that awful management and upkeep spoiled what could be a lovely hotel. We checked out early because of all the problems we had and were told we would get a refund. Since then the manager has refused to process a refund and refuses to respond to messages. I have never felt so ripped off by a hotel This is in NO way a 4 star hotel, the facilities and condition are barely 3 stars. We booked for a week in September to find that our room, a bungalow suite, was shabby, dirty and in need of repair. There was no wifi at all at the room and no mobile reception, we had to ask especially for a coffee machine which seemed to be a problem. The shower didn't work! What was worse was the staff and management. Staff were having audible arguments over breakfast service, we were made to feel like a nuisance for asking for foods which had run out. Cleaning staff just left bags of dirty laundry from other rooms on our porch. A change of management and a refurb is seriously needed!!”

“We stayed for 9 days in this beautiful place in Salento. The transparent sea and the very long sandy beach are the best qualities together with the kindness of the staff. If it is true that the hotel should be renovated because it does not respect the characteristics of a 4 star, the cleanliness, the food combined with the kindness and professionalism of the staff overshadow this aspect. I would recommend this place to those looking for a quiet location a few km from Gallipoli and S. Maria di Leuca which can be reached quickly if you want to spend more "lively" evenings.
