“We ordered food to be picked up, when we got home the rice was missing from one meal (there were 3 small pieces of meat and 5 half potatoes on the plate) and the second portion of boiled potatoes. On the phone they said that it couldn't be that something was missing 🤔 It's a shame that we didn't take a photo at the beginning, in any case you won't see us there again any time soon”

“The overall experience was a good one. The food at the hotel was excellent and access to the park was great. If you visit, make sure you try out the sharing cocktails in the bar. On the downside, the rooms are extremely small so you can do nothing more than sleep in them, and even that is not easy!!!. Could not even get my laptop out anywhere. Sadly, there is nothing to do in the hotel other than the bar and this in not anywhere near big enough for the number of guests the hotel can hold. It was a very expensive stay and, next time, we will stay elsewhere with more space. However, it was worth it, as a one off, just for the experience.”

“We stay at Holiday Inn Express hotels couple of times a year. This hotel is nice, clean, but as previous reviews said breakfast time is very, very busy. I would like to thank a breakfast team for their support on the Saturday the 06th January. My son has life threatening allergies and the man on duty (sorry do not know the name) was patiently checking for us the ingredients for a couple of products like rolls, ham, sausages etc, so we can be sure our son can eat something and is safe. Thank you very much for all your help and patience.”

“Superb hotel, very friendly staff, very clean throughout. Large dining room, plenty of space to be separate if you need to. Plenty of choice for breakfast. Food all good quality, dishes replaced regularly. Room was not as big as we expected, but it had a lovely balcony and as the weather was excellent we used it a great deal. Beds were very comfortable, clean and the room was serviced daily. Very quite and relaxing hotel - it has been a really good few days. Car parking was easy and free too.”

“It was our fourth stay at Liebesgrün and as always we had a wonderful time. The Nest is a comfortable cottage for two, fully equipped. Staff is very friendly and helpful. And above all: dinner is really good and tasteful!”

“The surrounding area is really nice. There's a playground, stable with ponies, golf,... The hotel is like a time machine. It's old, smells damp, and is a bit mouldy. I wanted to open all the windows! The rooms are... not nice. I don't mind old interior as long as it's clean and the mattress is good. Both weren't the case. They tried fixing the matress with a topper, which made it even worse. The food is plenty and quite greasy. It feels like they used to be a good hotel, stopped investing, and still believe they are amazing. The outside area, for example, is really nice apart from all the things that are broken. 1 out of 4 ketcars is working, and the swings are broken. There is dogwaste on the playground. The indoor swimming pool is great! Clean and really nice! The sauna as well. The staff in the restaurant is really really nice!!!! One lady at the reception as well. They are friendly and really try to help and to be there. Sadly, the owners are very present, and they definitely select who's worth talking or even greeting to. Sad! Won't stay here again! Don't advise you do. Unless you know the owners. Sure, you'll have a great time then.”

Good food, welcoming atmosphere and a loot to discover in the pool & sauna, outdoor forest, animal park, playgrounds, child daycare and a large library. Every employee likes to work there and this can be felt through every action. 10 out of 10 points. DRG”

“To start with, the place has amazing park and green environment. The food is good and the restaurant is beautiful and elegant. The service is mostly professional, polite, help-full snd caretaking. The rooms are charming even though old. The disturbing part is heat in the rooms and the air. A bit hard to deal with no ac and very noisy environment so to open the window is not un option. And than to the mist absurd policy of all policy’s. No phone calls in the restaurant. So, if you are alone traveling you just need to be happy about listening all others conversations but you are aloud to basically text. The only explanation went: that it us disturbing other guests😳. Hard to believe but I decided to respect the nonsense policy. Unfortunately the person I spoke to was even irritated for me questioning the validity of this policy (since everyone else in the restaurant were having conversations that I heard) and he rolled his eyes, acted irritated and rude. This policy does not makes any sense unless it is encouraging people to be present in the moment or to be silent. But than it should be forbidden also to have conversations in person too, since it could disturb people who seek silence. While I was respecting the policy there were people talking in the phone where the stuff just ignored. I am not taking it personally but…”
