“The so-called "business hotel" had a party in an area right underneath the rooms balconies until 2AM on a Thursday night!! When they know that their room isolation is an absolute ZERO. I've been there for one night for a business trip to attend a two days seminar, sleeping was basically impossible. If you think you're going to have a restful sleep, think again, go somewhere else.”

“The family earns extra basket money through additional features. For example, we couldn't use the wellness area before moving into the room. The room was only available around 3 p.m. It's probably intentional that the rooms are only "ready" so late. What do you do on a bad weather day? You pay the additional fee and go to the wellness area. Some of the dinner wasn't warmed up properly. For such a luxurious hotel, I expect fresh cooking. However, the food was already prepared and just warmed up when we arrived. The waiters were helpful and friendly, hence the two stars. However, the owner family was not very motivated or friendly at reception. On the day of departure, the boss seemed very dismissive, according to the motto, the main thing is that the money was transferred. We will not visit the hotel again, not worth the exorbitant price.”

“Nice resort, but very small very small rooms with very little space for clothes and storage. Very small indoor pool and the outdoor pool is not heated, therefore very cold. The good difference here is made by the service delivered by Robinson. Exceptional meals!”

“We found this well located restaurant near the Hauptplatz and thought it looked very nicely laid out in a stylish vaulted area. The food was excellent and what we tasted of the wines were good quality. But the service was like Fawlty Towers. The head waiter, with enforced jollity, rushed us through the menu not explaining things. We hadn’t booked so had to start the meal early (6.30) and we’re told our table was needed by 8.30. This was fine but everything happened so fast we were out by 7.15. It wasn’t the pace of a decent restaurant. We were not offered a choice of wine - even though what we did get was very decent Grunner Veltleiner. Overall the service let the food down”
