Enjoyed talking Reggae music to the workers from Jamaica, I even taught them a few things. Best latte in the area! Breakfast was very good! Sitting by the evening firepit was great. Also we could see Mt Rushmore from our balcony.”

“It's a hotel/casino in Deadwood. It's a nice modern hotel. It has all the bells and whistles. It's South Dakota the people are always nice unless you give them a reason not to be. The food is great and the service is amazing. Deadwood I can say is one of a kind. You can feel the old west. I love it. The Black Hills are amazing and the whole area has great energy. I have been coming here my whole life and I can never get enough.”

“The rooms were of good size with fairly clean sleep quarters. The bathroom, however, showed signs of inadequate repairs from items that had been previously mounted to the walls, the shower heads were showing signs of water damage, and the trim on the pipes were separated from the wall. The area was located in a very picturesque location, the staff was friendly, and the facility overall was better than most, including a recent stay I had at Tru by Hilton. This location would benefit from more attention to detail by the maintenance staff with room inspections to correct unsightly nuisances. Also, it's the 21st century. Either the property or the supplier of their vending machines should significantly update the machines to accept credit/debit payments. Overall a 7/10 rating this is a fine property that could do for minor updates and minor changes to bring it closer to a 10/10.”

“I am local to Sioux Falls and chose to stay at this property for a getaway over New Years Eve. The property is located in a convenient location to food, a large liquor store, and a coffee shop. The rooms are large and spacious, however mine had seen a better day. Before arriving, I check in on the app (like I always do) and requested a digital key. Unlike other properties, it did not let me check in on the app or give me a digital key. I stated I needed to stop at the front desk. Odd, but oh well. Upon checking in, it felt more like a small interrogation rather than a welcoming experience. It took what seemed like forever to check in with numerous questions, all which could have been answered by simply looking at my reservation. She also stated the hot tub was down and couldn't provide a timeline for reopening. Again, disappointing as this was an amenity we were hoping to use. I am a Gold member and she thanked me for my loyalty and provided me a goodie bag. She handed me the keys (which oddly stated Home 2 Suites) and I headed for my room. After arriving at my room, it became apparent that it was in a bit of disrepair. The ceiling had a leak a some point and was very obvious where it had been repaired. The furniture was not clean, the arms were dark and dirty, and it had dried on food. Overall, our experience could have been better and its clear the hotel is due for a remodel. Nonetheless, I am a huge Hilton fan and will continue to visit their properties for my stays moving forward. This property is a nice option if you are in the Sioux Falls area and need a large room or extended stay.”

“Everything about our stay here was first class. Friendly employees, clean and new, waffles for breakfast and lots of other hot and cold options. Even free pop for breakfast! Hotel pool was warm and hot tub was hot with great jets. Our room had a kitchen and comfy beds and a couch. Great location too! We will be back!”

“I'm often on the hunt for a local getaway that marks most of my boxes. My spouse & I like to run away from home, Always looking for a getaway in the surrounding area, with a bar in the hotel, restaurant close by, a hot tub in the hotel and a jet tub in our room and this had it all! We really enjoyed our stay! I did notice alot of the light switches in our room didn't work as well as light bulbs & outlets. The hallway did appear to need vacuumed but otherwise, everything looked clean and taken care of! I loved the size of our room, and the bathroom was one I dream of in my own home! Definitely be back again!”
