“The staff at this Hampton location were great and very helpful! The breakfast is amazing and the hot breakfast menu was changed daily. I loved getting my coffee with French Vanilla creamer in the lobby whenever I wanted it! The hotel is very well maintained and is clean. Our friend kept praising how soft and fluffy his pillows were, that he would fall asleep as soon as his head hit the pillows! We choose to stay at the Hamptons when we travel as they are always consistent!”

“Spent last weekend in cabin 5. It felt more like a hotel then a cabin. Beautifully decorated and extremely comfortable. Cooked most of our meals in the fully outfitted kitchen but did take advantage of the restaurant once for breakfast. The portion size was huge and quality eats. Greg clearly wears many hats, a busy bee, but always available and attentive. This was our first time staying here and there is no doubt we will be returning.”

“Was here for a work trip, and my biggest note of interest was that the rooms were not cleaned each day. We would need to request the front desk to have linens changed. Also, it was interesting that room service was limited so that if I ordered from the restaurant, I would need to go pick it up myself. All in all, I did feel very relaxed, and I enjoyed my stay. The beds were comfortable, and the size of the one bedroom was very nice to relax away from all planned activities through the organization that booked our stay.”

“I liked the rooms and the place overall, but the pool. It was fine but the air quality was horrible. When I went down the slide almost every time I couldn't stop coughing, and same with my friend. So it's not just me. Also I heard another girl cough. I believe we inhaled chlorine or something. Please get better ventilation also I threw up because I coughed to much. I was not sick or anything.”

“Excellent hotel. It’s a new build and very modern. A very clean hotel with excellent room. Beds were very comfortable and shower had excellent pressure. The continental breakfast was very good and they had a lot of selection. The pool area was clean and fun. The only downside was that it was very loud. You can hear people talking loudly and the room vibrates from people walking heavily on the floor above. We were also staying during a hockey tournament weekend so I’m assuming they have more than a usual amount of kids running around. I would recommend this hotel if someone was in the area and I would stay here again.”

“The room was nice. The front desk people were terrific. The only shock was that pet owners need to be aware of is that you are not allowed to leave your pets alone for more than 20 minutes. If you are staying here because you are going to a wedding or leaving your room for more than 20 minutes, you may want to look for a hotel that is a little more pet friendly. We (people who booked pet friendly rooms months in advance for a wedding)found this out through word of mouth less than 24 hours before our booking which caused a lot of stress to many people in terms of finding another spot for theirs dogs. You have to sign a contract that says you’ll pay for all the guest discounts they need to give if your dog disturbs anyone. That’s cool, we have never experienced that before and recommend that you look for a different pet friendly hotel. Our Pet travels really well and things worked out but it distracted from the day. Otherwise the stay was perfect.”

“This place was really neat and unique. However, somebody needs to do some serious cleaning. We stayed in a cabin for a night. While the cabin was sort of nice, it had some sort of substance splattered all over the walls and floors. We were sooo close to our unfriendly neighbours, every time we needed to go in an out of our cabin, we were being stared down by them. They were obviously upset someone was staying next to them. The compost bathroom for the cabins was terrifying. Fly tape super close to my face while using it. Garbage can filled with bloody tampons. No access to water for washing hands or drinking any where near our cabin. We had to purchase an $8 12 pack of water from their shop. Huge rip off. The main building and amenities were also terrible. Everything was so disgusting. The bathrooms are what nightmares are made of. The pools were NOT heated like they advertise. The hot tubs had yellow, slimy water. I didn’t see a single worker cleaning anything during our entire stay. The best part of the visit was the petting zoo but even that was sort of sad. We wanted to love this place but will definitely choose somewhere else next time we’re in the area.”
