Service is slow. Being a 3 star category hotel they will not provide iron instead charge you for it with gst applicable. You will not be provided upgrades even if the hotel is at fault since they are one of the few good hotels so they are sold out. Staff is good and polite. Even you want to stay here select only premium category rooms.”

A little bit disappointing thing about the resort is the dishing area it was not organized rest is awesome n one can definitely plan to book for their events. It has a seating capacity of around 200 well decorated hall with beautiful ceiling and lights. Sofas and table chair are decorative too. It has a hall for the dining and that is enough for 70 80 people at one time to eat. Rest building gives a grand look to the resort rooms are good hygienic and comfortable.”
