“Everything at Blue Pearl was still of the greatest standard after our sixth year of visits. The hotel is constantly clean, there are cleaners there who clean your room at the highest standard, and the rooms look immaculate. The food and service were also top-notch. Every employee there was polite, and the security was also very good. They have an among the best parking space that is underground and have 24/7 security which keeps your car very safe it's worth the 8 nights me and my family have had. There may be room for improvement at the gym, such as adding more dumbbells or a mirror. There is also just one functional equipment, and there are not enough dumbbells. The range of activities and entertainment they offer for the kids is of a very high level, and they are very patient with them. The entertainment staff also has a great deal of respect for both adults and children. We enjoyed every minute of our visit, and we definitely plan to come back the following year!”

“Bad experience in the hotel’s restaurant. When entering at 6 pm, the music was turned up very loud , and when we asked to turn it down, we wore told that it was requested as such by some more “important” select people that were having a private business discussion. Local “influential” people. After our departure, as we said we cannot hear one another from the noise, canceling our order, they totally shut down the music, for them to discuss in peace. Very professional. 🤮”

“It was a great week all inclusive. However it did start to become different day same food. Some of the food was nice and some not. It was always the same stuff. It was like they reheated the day befores. The drinks had to much alcohol in them where i couldn't drink them at times. The hotel its self is lovely and modern. Comfortable sofas to relax on. The music is good, however some nights it was a lot. I am young and i love music but it felt to much at times. It was meant to turn off at 11pm every night and one night it went on all night. I could not get any sleep. The staff where nice we never had any issues. We would definitely come back to stay.”

Upon arrival, there was a booking issue regarding a child that was not accurate. The reception staff's response was somewhat dismissive, which wasn't the most professional approach. Additionally, there was tension between the receptionists, which was not reassuring. Furthermore, the lack of an elevator on the 4th floor was a minor inconvenience. Despite asking politely, the response was somewhat brusque, which was surprising given my respectful demeanor. The room itself was as expected for the price, but the requirement to keep the key card in for electricity seemed outdated. There were also concerns about hygiene, with stains on the mattress and a safe box with no key. The communication regarding meals was inconsistent and came across as unfriendly. It would have been helpful to have clear information about meal options. In summary, the hotel's location and pricing are commendable, but the overall experience was marred by unprofessional staff, cleanliness issues, and a lack of amenities. Please consider these points to improve the guest experience.”
