“We had a lovely stay here in lodge number 8, absolutely stunning location and great for the dog. We opted for contactless check in which was easy & we had a little welcome box on arrival of goodies! The pizza van on a Wednesday was lovely & you can prebook so was ready when we arrived. Such a shame we had bad weather so didn’t get to see the sunset from our lodge, The views were just incredible even when cloudy! Only downside was our cooker wouldn’t function on the last night and a lovely man came out but couldn’t fix it so had no dinner on the last night which was a shame! This wouldn’t put me off and I would definitely stay again 🥰”

However, very, very disappointed with the Carvery. To our palate, no taste, neither the Meat nor Vegeables. Gravy too thin and very little taste also. Chef measly with the Meat offered and a little bit sullen too. The Dessert was nice though and a good portion size. We would not return for Food however, but again our compliments to the serving Staff. Such a huge disappointment with our first and only Visit. Sadly, 2 Star rating given overall.”

Coastal walk to Aberaeron took us 45 minutes. Staying in the off season, site facilities were limited as expected, but this didn't affect our stay. The site is quiet and fairly isolated, but easy enough to reach by car.”
