“Functional and comfortable room with a bench overlooking the surrounding park. The breakfast offers a wide choice of (soy) yoghurt with fresh fruit and nuts that you can add yourself. Lovers of bread, sweet rolls and croissants have also been catered for. You can also make fresh juice or coffee with a coffee beans machine My wife feared being unable to sleep due to the lack of an extra duvet in our room. The receptionist immediately offered to arrange an extra duvet. In the end, it was not necessary because the cold at the arrival of our room was over. Unfortunately, the restaurant was full. That was a pity because the menu lists dishes with sufficient vegetables and a choice of meat or meat substitutes while the prices are reasonable.”

“They promised that there will be a 2person bed. But we had two one person bed. In the morning they had some problems with the fire alarm. It just started and didn't stop 10 minutes. Nice waking up Sunday morning. After it stopped in a 40 minutes the person from the hotel just came into the room using his keys. But we told him that we are not ready and need 5 minutes. That was really antisocial and rough.”

“The hotel building, rooms and location are very good and elite. The rooms are very clean and the food is very delicious. However, there is a miscommunication between employees and their system. We confirmed the price just a couple of days before our check-in by phone if the dinner is included or not but we faced different prices at the check-in moment. We accepted the new price and stayed one night. After our breakfast while we were checking out, they wanted us to pay for the breakfast again. I told them that we had paid for it during check-in time and the problem was solved. I suggest better communication and a better hotel management system for them. And I advise the people to use booking.com instead of the hotel's reservation system.”
