“Very nice hotel with awesome rooms and spa. Food is also high quality, although, honestly speaking, the Italian restaurant does not meet the expectation that the hotel restaurant would set. I have given 4 stars instead of 5, because we had a little "misunderstanding" at the check-out, where, when trying to explain that we had a voucher, the reception manager (or whatever role she had) tried to insist that the overall amount didn't include this voucher. It is very sad, because all the other personnel were extremely polite and professional.”

“Since September it has become our weekend get-away choice offering more than what we'd ask for: its pool, the baby-club and activities, the hospitable staff, the choice of quality food, the picturesque and peaceful surroundings. If I gotta be picky and spot some imperfection subjective to me: the ice-cream is so easily reachable and readily available, even by a 3-y/o! And some accessibility option would also be nice (e.g. make doors press-to-open).”
