“Well, my husband and I didn’t have good experiences there, unfortunately… We went to spend a night after our wedding, I tried to book through the website and it said that they would have a different decoration in the room as it was after the wedding, but then I chose to cancel on the website and book directly via WhatsApp, in which case the person who answered me on the cell phone I said there was no way to make the decoration different with rose petals and such (???, but booking on the website would be possible??). I arrived at the hotel around 7 pm and, if I'm not mistaken, dinner would start at 8 pm. I found the food very poor, it seemed like they took leftover meat from lunch and made a soup, I ate this “soup” with meat, rice with shredded chicken and corn, and a slice of pizza, desserts also left something to be desired… We soon went to the room and the fan didn't work, the owner promptly brought us a control to turn on the air. I found the mattress hard. The next day I woke up feeling very ill with diarrhea and very severe pain in my stomach, I believe it was due to the soup and rice I ate, as they didn't look good, but I had no other option to eat... I tried to check if they had any some medicine on site, but they didn't have it and to deliver it the motorcycle courier would charge around 50.00 for delivery. I went down for breakfast with my husband and I couldn't stay in the space, as I was in a lot of pain, but from what I had seen of the coffee I also found it very weak, even the juices seemed to be from a box. Paying much less in Búzios, we stayed in a hotel that even had hot dog sauce for breakfast, a multitude of different coffees and natural juices, cakes, toast, pates, fruits, etc… Anyway, I felt really sick in the room, I cried in pain, I thought I was going to faint. When checking out at around 8:30 am, when paying, I hoped that at least the owner/responsible would have empathy and charge me at least for the 13 hours I stayed, give me some discount, or a voucher to return in another occasion, since I was, in fact, very ill and it could have even been caused by the food I had eaten there the night before!!! But it didn't happen, I paid the same amount, around 500~600.00. I left there and went straight to the hospital and spent some time on an IV with medication. Anyway, that was it in a nutshell, I didn't have good experiences, if I were the owner of a similar establishment I would have acted differently, even to win over the guest and make them come back and try to give a different impression... Apart from all this, the place is very peaceful, but I can't say anything more, as I couldn't stay there.”

“We spent New Year's Eve at the lake house. It stands out from the other rooms, but is very close to things, 2 minutes walk from the pool! House with 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen and a great balcony! Activities are nearby, restaurant, swimming pool, games room and leisure area. I will leave here some suggestions for owners: Have at least one more waiter to serve tables! Food replenishment needs to be done more quickly by a person in the kitchen and not the responsibility of the two waiters as the volume of the room is high and ends up compromising some service. The cold cuts, salads and desserts table also needs identification. Purchase more plates and cutlery to avoid keeping guests waiting. These are some suggestions for improvement! But the current team is TOP and they do the best they can. Recreation needs to be highlighted too, the cheese bread and cream cheese days are tops, congratulations to the two girls who are phenomenal for both children and adults with lots of fun and joy. I make it very clear that the 4 stars for "services" would only be for food reasons, but the other recreation services, maintenance, among others, were all great! In light of all of the above, I recommend visiting the hotel.”
