Front service staff speak minimal English so have your google translate app installed helps alot.rooms a quite small but very clean. Breakfast has a good range of Japanese and western choices.would recommend this hotel for your japan stay.”

“Very nice hotel. The rooms are small, but well designed. We stayed with our 4 year old and it was enough space for us. Everything is exceptionally clean. Love the shower! Staff are very warm, helpful and professional. Only feedback for improvement is the breakfast - the menu and buffet is the same everyday. We stayed 5 days with the same food each day. We paid for an extra night prior to arrival to ensure we had an early check in. We were advised in writing that if we did not get there in time for breakfast, that the breakfast amount would be credited to F&B. However upon checkout we asked for the credit to be applied to our dinner and they said it’s not possible now - we should have told the restaurant when we had dinner. We were not informed about that at check in, so how should we know? Anyway…no F&B credit - which was a disappointing finish to our stay. Dinner in the restaurant was very good with excellent food and service. Overall - it was a great place to stay…except for the final impression.”
