“1. Upon entering the room, there was a strong stench in the toilet as though it wasn’t flushed after someone had pooped in it although it was empty. Called housekeeping who said something about a new door handle but it smell was organic. He proceeded to clean it and the smell was lessened. 2. A half used bottle of water was left along side new bottles. 3. The hair dryer had larger than usual vent holes at the back. My daughter’slong hair was actually sucked into the machine. Fortunately she managed to turn it off. This resulted in some hair damaged , but this could have been a very dangerous accident if more hair was sucked it, or it caught fire or posed an electrocution risk. The hotel should really provided a much safer hairdryer. 4. The hot water seems have cooled down to lukewarm. This is pending a fix with maintenance which came later.”
