“Huge facility, nice lake with lots of fish and water fowl. Nice store, gas station and general store. Near a huge water park. Very clean restrooms and huge off leash dog park (largest we've ever seen at a KOA). Only issue with our site 11 is the dump drain is uphill. Staff was nice and they had a pancake breakfast that was yummy. Close to John Deere Museum and Factory Tours. Close to Walmart and lots of stores and restaurants Enjoyed our stay”

“Our experience was amazing, they were all so accommodating. We had a mishap in our room and a wine bottle broke. They don’t have bell boys and the person to help clean it was the receptionist at the front desk. She offered to clean it for us which was very much appreciated. We loved the restaurant, their food was amazing and the casino of course is always a good time.”

“I wouldn’t say it’s the best. The rooms are really nice apart from it having no soap anywhere and there being blood on our bedding. Also I don’t recommend the breakfast. It’s the most flavorless chewy food ever. I just sat there laughing with my husband because the whole experience felt like being at an unwanted family gathering. Very awkward very gross. Side note the juices all tasted like water, just wanted to enjoy my apple juice lol. One last thing… if you don’t mind hearing the employees talking on FaceTime everywhere and the stairways smelling like weed then you’ll love it here…”

“Staff was amazing, hotel was easy to navigate, room view was beautiful. Jacuzzi tub in my suite still had hairs left in it so it wasn’t properly cleaned, but after I removed them the tub was great. Breakfast was very nice and overall a great experience. I feel as though the price was too high for the one night we stayed.”

“I had a fantastic stay at this Iowa hotel during my out-of-state work trip. The large, contemporary rooms were impeccably clean, and the staff was friendly. The hotel's unique combination of a casino, spa, and fun park added an interesting touch to the experience. Ample working space for business needs, complimentary breakfast, and market pantry options were great conveniences. “Wasted my points by booking a weekend here for a family event. Was told at check in that breakfast was 7-10, went to eat and was told no breakfast. Could have stayed at Ramada and at least been able to eat for the same price. Hot tub in pool room is out of service and room smells like mold. Several trees are down around the building blocking part of the drive, had I not arrived during daylight would more then likely run into one. I contacted my credit card company and I'm attempting to move due to the dirty state this place. Stay away.”
