One highlight of our visit was attending a presentation, and I must say it was a refreshing change from the high-pressure experiences you often encounter at resorts. It was well-attended and filled with valuable information. Our tour guide, Khalil, was not only knowledgeable but also a pleasure to interact with. The overall vibe of the resort was fantastic - it's the perfect destination for families or anyone seeking a getaway in the scenic New England area. The combination of excellent service, a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and the opportunity to explore the beauty of the region made our stay truly memorable. “Perfect location with easy access to Santa's Village, Storyland, Wildcat Mountain, and many other places and restaurants I love. The rooms are fancy and very nice. The beds are soft and the pillows are perfect. They had some very nice touches. My only complaint in the room was the lack of a lock on the bathroom door. The pool was great for the kids, but too cold for me. The fitness room was a nice touch. I loved the water fountain and water bottle fountain. The little market was so cute and had cool soda. One lady who worked at the front desk was super nice. Another lady working at the front desk was kind of snippy to my family. The other workers were very nice and helpful. I loved the free cookies and muffins every morning. They were delicious.”

“Stayed here in late November for my birthday. Wife ordered the package with dinner and breakfast included. The food was so delicious! I would return just for that. However, having a winter birthday, I thought their outdoor pool was the coolest thing - no pun intended, as the pool was heated. Never before done something like that! The photo is a view from inside the pool. It was great to be outside, but warm, in the pool, and enjoy such tranquil scenery. The accommodations were also great, from being recently renovated (so my wife said). I would recommend anyone consider staying here for a nice getaway!”

“The Eastern Slope Inn is nestled in the White Mountains of New Hampshire and within walking distance of the shops and restaurants in North Conway. It is absolutely lovely. My husband and I have been bringing our 2 children here for the past 18 years, always reserving a condo. in the back portion of the property. We enjoy the local activities, the indoor pool, exercise room, theater next door, badminton, horse shoes, walks to the Sacco River and the clay tennis court. This atmosphere emphasizes the importance of spending quality time together. The Eastern Slope Inn has indelibly impressed wonderful family memories into our hearts for the future.”

“Beautiful Hotel in the White Mountains. Outdoor pool was heated very nicely. Like bath water. Very refreshing when the outdoor temperature was below freezing. They were working on the new addition to the hotel which should hopefully be done soon. Very well kept hotel. The restaurant was great service and excellent food. The arcade was, I would say average, but the kids had fun. Overall a great experience.”

“Booked here due to all of the good reviews but did not have a similar experience ! Open checking into our two bedroom suite I noticed one of the rooms and bathrooms had a horrible musty /urine like odor. Room also seemed pretty run down and one of the sinks was caulked together. Next morning we asked the desk to check put the smell. We left for the day with our 2 kids before 9 and came back after 4 and no one even came for housekeeping in that time. When I called the desk to tell them about housekeeping and inquire about the smell, no apology, update or offer to change rooms. They sounded inconvenienced. We are bonvoy gold elite so typically pick Marriott so this was a bummer. Staff at breakfast was the only highlight. For 900$ for 2 nights I don’t think we would stay again. We actually had a suite booked for next weekend also but I cancelled due to our experience.”

“Such a great location and very modern! Small weight room, but good enough with 2 treadmills, 2 bikes, an elliptical, and dumbbells, and more. The breakfast was amazing. My room had a small kitchen, which comes in handy. The only gripe I have is about the shower. It was great temperature and pressure, but it had glass that didn’t quite cover the area so water got on the floor a lot. I think this is causing water damage.”

“We booked this hotel last minute and were very pleased. It was super reasonable and the room was well maintained. Would love to visit the property in the summer because it seemed to have a lot to offer. The water pressure in the shower was amazing. My only complaint was no hair dryer in the bathroom since I forgot mine. That might not even be a thing anymore at any hotels. The indoor pool was clean and well maintained. Bottom line is if you are looking for an affordable, family friendly, hotel that is just off the beaten path of downtown then look no further!”

“Overall it is a nice hotel with good amenities. However the biggest problem was with the heat/AC in the room. No matter what you did, the system would revert back to a specific temperature. Even if you turned it off, it would come back on in 20min. I was forced to open the windows to cool off but was still not able to sleep. Any hotel in which you cant get a good night sleep is useless. I should have continued home instead of spending the night. What a waste of Marriott points and $.”

We stayed in one of the suites over looking the mountains which was beautiful and never got old each tie we woke up. We had easy access to the patio and the grab and go breakfast which was simple but enough to get us going for the day. The indoor pool was very relaxing and the spa with the waterfall was a nice treat. The staff are pleasant and very helpful anytime we had questions. The rooms have heating and A/C during the hot and cold months and great for those who need white noise while sleeping. The curtains actually block out sunlight unlike some places where they might be a gap. The heat lamp in the bathroom is great for those who like some additional warmth after a shower.”

Beautiful shops; great spots to walk and view the villages, trails, and waterways. Lots of smaller roads offering quiet drives through the countryside. Only an hour and a half from Concord, Massachusetts and the home of Louisa May Alcott. The town showcases history and charm. The town of North Conway and all of its natural beauty and many outlet stores makes it a destination easily accessed from this resort. The swimming pool and other activities located in the same building, make this resort a great family place. For us, the water heater for the pool was broken and made for cool swimming.”

“Rooms are comfortable, but sound travels from the kitchen to rooms above. Especially the kitchen and dining room doors slamming. In deep winter the pipes froze and there was no water for nearly an entire day. So plan on showering at the gym in the main hotel nearby. The WiFi speed is spotty, so don't plan on working remotely. Food here is excellent. So is the service. Actually better than up at the main hotel.”
