Bathroom’s wall was not pleasant looking and bathtub was cracking. Faucets were half broken. Breakfast was so so. Staff was friendly and helpful. Great location.”

For this price, it just exceed all my expectations. It's pet friendly hotel but all the pets I saw were very well behaved. Most budget hotel sucks but this is a budget hotel yet my hotel room feel luxurious . The bathroom and shower area looks so beautiful with designer accessories. Chairs are comfortable if you work at the computer a lot. There are only two drawbacks. First -the hotel doesn't have a nice front view so you can't tell you have arrived at the hotel until you get to the lobby via the elevator hidden on the side next to the car park. Second - the lack of open view. I see the wall of the next building from my window so it feels claustrophobic without an open view. Other than this, my overall experience has been great. I'm truly impressed with my stay. Would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Bangkok. Such a beautiful room for $40 a night. That's crazy. Thank you for an amazing stay.”

“Excellent location, friendly staff, and clean rooms. Nothing exceptionally fancy, but perfect for an affordable stay in Bangkok. Didn’t try the breakfast because the hotel is so close to Emsphere, which has an incredible food court. 7-11 and ATM right by the entrance, which made getting necessities very easy. Please note that laundry service is very expensive… there’s a place across the street you can go instead if needed. Overall would recommend for anyone staying in Bangkok- we will be back for sure!”

“Beautiful rooms. Had myself the One Bedroom Premiere. Asked for the corner room and got the best sunrise view every morning. Sound insulation was great, given there’s a construction right next door but we heard nothing over the whole stay. Pool is small but have good view. Also have steam room for free. Kitchen is well stocked with utensils and cookware. Staffs are friendly, except for one bellman who tried to put us up to his taxi friends, much more expensive than Grab prices. Gladly we turned him down.”

“Great little hotel to spend time in and a great location on a side street not far from the main streets. All staff members incredibly friendly and efficient. Although the rooms are small, they are laid out very well. We stayed here for a week in two different rooms, a superior king and a deluxe king. Buffet breakfast was decent, the only downside was the machine coffee, if they got rid of that, it would be incredible with properly brewed coffee. The rooftop pool and lounge area is nice. The water is cool as the sun doesn’t hit it that much during the day but it is a very nice place to relax in the evening. The hotel offers a shuttle, and it is close to the BTS system, which is very easy to travel around Bangkok.”

Air con is good, stable hot water, drinking water supplied in the lobby / restaurant. A small but nice gym area, a beautiful swimming pool, naturist guests. Nice Thai food can be ordered in the restaurant until around 2000 (as at Dec 2023). A few restaurants, cafes and convenience stores within 15 mins walking distant, and there are more if you can walk for >20 mins. Location is better than it looks on google map. A 10-min taxi ride costing about 100bahts will take you to the nearest BTS station.”
