“Vacation with dog and baby (7 months). Negative: The rooms are outdated and badly worn. Carpet and curtains are dirty and there are no joints in the bathroom. Bathroom door frame filled and mistakes painted over. The entrance to the hotel is not barrier-free, as is the path to the swimming pool/underground car park. The friendliness of the staff left something to be desired. At breakfast we weren't welcome with strollers and were even told to eat in another room. The underground car park is equipped with car elevators. In principle it wasn't a problem, but it caused confusion for many people. Driving to another floor was a challenge, even for station wagons, as everything was narrow. The bubble in the swimming pool was partially broken. The changing rooms are very small. Price/performance not justified. Minibar was in the wardrobe, unfortunately empty. There was a small coffee machine with capsules on the table. Unfortunately the spoons were very dirty and contaminated with germs. Positive: The breakfast offering was perfectly fine, everything your heart could desire was available and also delicious. There were different saunas and the water in the swimming pool was pleasant. In the changing room of the swimming pool there was a small separate changing room with a changing table. The location is excellent! Usedomer Brauhaus is attached to the hotel, but requires a reservation made well in advance. For the dog there was an extra bowl, two food treats and an extra blanket so that the hotel allowed the dog to lie on the couch. Beds were too soft, but that's a personal feeling. Conclusion: We would not choose this hotel again and cannot recommend it.”

“The hotel is far away from the troubles - if you are looking for peace and quiet, you will find it here. The location by the sea is beautiful and the beach walk is just a few meters away. The hotel is modern and stylishly furnished. The service was very attentive and friendly. The dinner served was very tasty! The buffet, however, was very manageable and nothing special. The prices for drinks were very fair. We booked a suite and were very disappointed with it. There were two rooms with the connecting door open. Two small bathrooms with only a shower and everything (cupboard, safe, minibar (refilled!)) in duplicate. The TV is mounted so that you can't watch it from bed. Even from the couch you have to contort yourself. The promised sea view was also barely visible from floor 1 because there were too many trees in the way. Under Suite we imagined a little more “character” and amenities. The saunas and pools are beautifully designed. Big drawback - there is no “relaxation room” (and no large towels. You have to take the small towels with you from the room). There is a completely open lying area, which is unfortunately unsuitable for relaxing - you can just hear everything. Unfortunately, there was very little sense of the hotel's “health motto”. There were no specially designed dishes or drinks, the food was generally very meat-heavy (okay for us, but rather unsuitable for the motto “health”). Dogs are allowed, which is also unsuitable for allergy sufferers (carpets in the room are also unsuitable). Overall, we had relaxing days, but we would have expected more comfort and service for the money. Side note: The target group is 60+. We felt a bit “observed” as “young” city dwellers.”
