“Well assorted menu and quality ingredients, selection of quality beef, fish, pork and chicken. State of the art open kit he and an experienced chefs crew made all meals to the point. Service was overpacing sometimes. To place an order was sometimes difficult. All in all the beach view and the good assembles seating options made a worth stay and fine dinner at night. Reservations and dinner dress code are obligatory. Enjoy!”

“We loved our stay at Dolce Vita! Fantastic heated pool and outdoor patio and dining overlooking les Iles Sanguinaires - perfect at sunset! A nice little waterfront area for a dip in the sea and snorkeling. (For a real beach, though, you'll want to just walk down the street to neighboring sand beaches). The owner was on site each day and was a very friendly and wonderful host. He's done great things with the hotel and still says it's a work in progress, which I appreciate, as it adds a really personal touch and shows his passion for his hotel. Rooms were very comfortable and well-designed. Location is excellent - just 10-mins drive from the hustle and bustle of Ajaccio centre ville and on a nice quiet stretch of endless beaches. We would absolutely come back if we're in Ajaccio again!”

“The place is amazing, a corner of paradise in the middle of august in Corse ! The bungalow on the beach are perfect for all the needs; there is a big good shower, a nice bed and a kitchen full of useful things. You can also have your "private" space on the beach with long chair for you. You sleep with the view and the sound of the sea and this is priceless!!! The staff of the restaurant/bar is friendly, helpful And really kind with us and we are happy to have enjoyed some time there. Our experience at riva bella was great , The only disappoint is that the wi-fi connection is too much expansive.”

“What an amazing and wonderful time I had here. Myself and wife stayed here recently for our honeymoon and it was my first time abroad from Ireland. Think of it like this, flying scares me but the journey when I reached this hotel and Corsica was absolutely worth it. It is close to the airport and very convenient but you cannot hear the airplanes and very peaceful. It is in Ricantu but very close to Ajjaccio. The train which is easily accessed behind the hotel can take you to Ajjaccio in just 7 minutes or further into Corsica if you like. We visited Corte which is beautiful. This was recommended to us by the lady at reception. She was very helpful indeed, friendly. I like to try speaking French and even though I had a choice to speak English the lady at reception helped me speak French and was very encouraging😁. All the staff were great. The food, pool, bar, restaurant, location just everything was perfect! We were very lucky with the beautiful weather all week in August. Breakfast outside in the morning was lovely. Corsica in general looks beautiful and the people are very friendly. Would I return to this hotel? Yes indeed I absolutely would and highly recommend it. If you read about Corsica being very expensive, not true! I found the prices no different from the UK or Ireland. Thank you Hotel Campo Dell'Oro for a wonderful time🙏.”

“The hotel is lovely, the reality more than matches the images on the website. What made our trip really outstanding though was the kind helpfulness of the staff, both in reception and in the restaurants and bar. Nothing was too much trouble. We arranged scooters (delivered to the hotel) and scuba diving - both great successes. Finally, when they were unable to find a taxi to take us to the airport, one of the staff took us in their car, and refused any payment. I could go on. I can't recommend it enough.”

“Such a great place to stay! The staff is super attentive and helpful, the rooms are spacious and very clean. They also provide a lot of space to store luggage and clothes. The rooms have little balconies with a nice view. The pool area is very well maintained and cleaned regularly. And the breakfast offers a nice variety. WiFi works quite well and there was a little fridge in our room as well.”

“Very pretty area. Unfortunately too big to be able to walk around in it. Beautiful and huge room. Beach with dune so not easy to access for swimming. Very good but light breakfast. Very good cuisine for each of the restaurants. The staff is very kind. Small oversights in messages received by reception with spelling mistakes. Very young staff at the beach restaurant which can undermine the credibility of the area's service. Small altercation on our first day with the beach attendant, he left us 45 minutes without deckchairs when we arrived in the afternoon. Under the pretext that we had to book through the concierge service but we had just arrived, we were not aware of how it worked and this turned out to be false. He spoke to us very badly and blamed us. He told us that he could not disturb people who had several unoccupied deckchairs since these people came to the estate for 3 weeks a year unlike us. We were very shocked by his behavior and this unfortunately leaves us with a bad rating on this experience.”
