“An awesome place to live -in(peacefully). Revisited this place after 3 years, the staff got better but the food in here needs little improvement. Had a great stay here... the staff were very cooperative and helpful. The manager was friendly and did a great job. The only fact that was off is that the rooms have insufficient winter amenities and warming facilities. Also, the electricity here is fluctuating. So, make sure y'all carry necessary power banks. But the location is epic and worth every time. See y'all soon!”

The hotel's location is excellent, offering picturesque views from every room. Convenient local transport is available right outside the hotel, facilitating easy travel to nearby markets and within the town. The rooms and food quality are homely, reasonably priced, and the staff is friendly and courteous. Additionally, they organized a sightseeing tour for our group, covering nearby attractions at very reasonable rates.”

“The Hotel seemed to have great views. But there are different types of rooms. Most rooms face the Mount Kanchenjunga side. But from rooms below the road level, especially the lower most level (500s), the view is likely to be partially obstructed by trees. Cats may easily come to balcony as that is near a tin shade (Room 502). There are a few (probably two) rooms which face the other side (not Mount Kanchenjunga). Two rooms have Toilets with large glass (not frosted glass) windows facing the roadside / helipad (now the ropeway is under construction). Though curtains are there. We should have checked the rooms well in advance. Please check the timings and other details from the hotel, more so for too early/late check in/check out or if something wants to stay outside after 9pm. However the room was spacious and well decorated. Adequate furniture and charging points were there. Service was good. Next time, I would like to call them over phone to check the location of the room being booked.”
