“Diamond Stone / Diamondhead Resort was the worst experience I have ever had! First the owner told us the price and we were good with it then when we got there they told us a whole different price $300 more then what the owner originally told us and that wasn’t including floating with them. Then the owner was rude with us because we were confronting her that she told us two different prices. Well it was the beginning of our vacation so we didn’t let it bother us. Well then around 5:30p.m. today they told us they were closing the park down because they are selling it that we needed to leave asap. We were pissed cause not only did we pay for tonight we also got kicked out. When I say we got kicked out I am not over reacting. Around 7 p.m. we were almost done getting out the owner went to our campsite, cussed out my dad and kept stepping towards him in his face and the security guard kept trying to push her away from my dad, and she kept going towards him, then called the police saying that we threatened her. While the police were on their way she kept cussing him out. While my 5 year old cousin was in the truck and could hear everything and he is to the point where he repeats everything. Four police officers came ,one more came after that video. Waiting for us to leave. Diamond Stone /Diamondhead Resort is not family friendly nor would I recommend them to my enemies.”

“My daughter recently had her wedding weekend at Post Oak Lodge. We stayed at one of the big lodges for the weekend and had the wedding and reception in the main lodge on Saturday. It was amazing! Every single staff member we dealt with was very accommodating and friendly. They covered all the details. The catering staff was wonderful and the food was beyond our expectations. The grounds are so pretty. It truly couldn't have been a more perfect weekend, wedding, and reception.”

“We camped and floated this weekend and it was beyond amazing! The site was beautiful and I loved that security patrolled regularly as we had small children. Got to meet a regular camper named Steve who talked the place up and for a 3 night stay this place did not disappoint! There was a little confusion when we went to float about being a four person minimum but it still is well worth the money! The kids had as much fun as we did and the place we were at was perfect for our kids to swim. Keep doing what you’re doing War Eagle because it was amazing! Thank you!”

“My husband and I have come here for years and we were nervous to come this year bc of the recent reviews. But I have to say, it was just as great as it's been every year. We reserved an electric campsite for Friday and Saturday night, months ago. We arrived Friday at noon and the check was very easy. They had my reservation ready. They did mention the bus doesn't pickup at the sites like previous years which is a bummer but they told us to arrive at the office early, they open at 8am. We arrived to the site and immediately noticed they have been working on the sites (late night sites) and they now have water!! Huge plus!!! The bathrooms were clean. Yes there were bugs in the showers but its not bad, considering we are camping outdoors! We packed up the car on Saturday morning, checked in at 8:49am and they had us on a bus and on the river by 9:30am!!! Seriously the best experience!! They get extremely busy on the weekends and the groups can be huge, be patient and have your groups organized. It will help them and you!! Keep up the good work, Eagle Bluff. We will return.”

“I recently stayed at the Renaissance Oklahoma City Downtown Bricktown Hotel and entering the building it was clean and staff looked friendly and check in was smooth. My room was clean and very beautiful. During my stay I called front desk to ask if they can bring up to my room some forks and a knife. I was told they couldn’t help so they would transfer me to the restaurant, then the restaurant told me they couldn’t/ didn’t know and transfer me to the bar. Finally the lady that answered from the bar told me that it will be a $5 dollar delivery fee. (turns out that wasn’t the case at all, I contact through the website and was told that was inaccurate, somebody from their team brought the forks and knife with NO FEE) so please be aware if they want to charge for delivering items. I also was not aware this hotel was near a night club, the noise was loud till late at night. I woke up with a headache from not getting enough sleep. unfortunately I left some items behind and called as soon as I knew my items were left. they ended up find part of my items and the rest were “never found” . I contacted the front desk they told me what they found and when I told them it was more they said their manager Shelby would reach out… she didn’t reach out at all we had to give a call back again to see where my items were. in the end they were never found and she said she couldn’t do nothing for me. I left them behind and they were never returned . People should be treated the same and what this hotel has shown is they will treat people different - karely”

“The hall carpet was filthy. The room was large and clean. The bathroom had a shower only no tub. They did have full size shampoo, conditioner and body wash available for your use. The girl at the counter was very sweet and helpful. The bed was hard as a rock we didn't sleep well at all. But overall not an awful place for one night stay.”

“First of all I wanted to give 5 stars ...but lack of attention to detail... I couldn't go 5 stars. This is because (ladies at front desk 1 training) were both really nice and welcoming and on check in. was assisting with breakfast but yet still checking out customers. The weekend as a whole seemed not to busy for Residence inn Tulsa downtown. In town for a wedding across the street at the Mayo hotel... I called the night before fo confirm the note of feather free pillows as we have a down allergy and travel with EpiPens... They absolutely let me down on the overall experience. I am a platinum elite Marriott rewards member and choose this hotel chain based on positive previous experiences. I have started staying with the Hilton chain most recently....and might go exclusively with them. (Due to numerous mistakes on attention to detail) Down allergies are a real thing...and can get serious quickly. I choose to inspect all pillows as soon as I get in the room - when checking into the room first thing as I can't trust Marriott properties to look on the reservation where it reads down allergy. Feather free room. On arrival to room...you guessed it - 4 of the 4 pillows with duck feathers/down filling. Steamed at this point I took the pillows and placed outside the room. I informed Front desk as we left for our wedding.... The room was clean, breakfast staff was hard to find. Housekeeping staff had smiles on their faces. The hotel was clean and seemed secure from the rif raf walking around downtown. The bar wasn't open when I checked in nor could I grab any beers from the market. Unfortunate. Lost out on some easy business. I was thirsty!! This was an experience I felt needed to be documented to management so I posted to social media. Hopefully they can get the attention to details ironed out. If a place can't accommodate my request..just let me know I can stay elsewhere.
