Our room was very spacious with a very large bathroom and above all very clean. All I would like, more foreign programs on TV. Breakfast had many options and you can ask them to prepare any kind of omelet you want. A wide variety of cheeses, cold cuts, fruits, sweets and anything else you want.”

“A good friend recommended Bebek Hotel as I have a preference for boutiques. I’m glad I blindly trusted my friend rather than rely on reviews as had I looked at some of the hotel guest reviews below - I might have reconsidered. I had a room on the second floor with a street view. I had a cocktail at the downstairs cafe when I arrived, and the views were incredible. I was exhausted from traveling so I ordered room service which came from the same cafe. The food was good, particularly the Winter Green salad. I’m surprised to see the reviews regarding the snobbery of the staff. This was not my experience. Amir was my first point of contact and really went above and beyond. The only issue I had was being unable to sit at the downstairs cafe on Sunday as there were no tables, but that is really my fault for not requesting ahead of time. Though the street was lively, it didn’t bother me. I slept well and had my window open. Recommendations to the hotel: Lighting While the lighting is great for ambience, I would recommend better lighting. I have no idea if I left anything behind because as I vacated at 5 am - I could hardly see despite having on all the lights. In addition, even the bathroom lighting is dim and I prayed for the best when applying makeup. TV casting Consider smart TVs that allow for chrome casting so visitors can cast from their devices which would help regarding the TV channels / languages. I’m not dismissing these other negative reviewers, but that certainly was not my experience. PS bath robes look like that hard towel fabric but WERE SO SOFT and completely amazing.”

“I absolutely loved staying at Seven Hills, Palace, Hotel Spa, Inn. The entry was amazing with the foliage and walking in to the restaurant in the pool. We were greeted by a very attentive staff that was super helpful throughout our entire stay. I also loved that you were able to reach the masks via the back alley and it was a cute way to get in and out of the hotel. We we stayed in one of the better rooms overlooking the pool and the water highly recommend splurging for that option. If you can I would 100% go back to seven hills next time I’m in Istanbul.”

“I stayed here for 3 nights. 5-7 min walk from Aya Sofya and Blue Mosque. Tram station is couple of min away too. Easy to go to Istiklal and Taksim via tram from here. All in all great location. We are family of 3 so good a room with three beds , enough space to accommodate all of us. If you are Turkish breakfast lover than you ll have great time here. Restaurant is big enough to accommodate everyone. The most important thing is their friendly staff. They take care of you well. Our luggage was stored while we were out in city and our flight was in evening. When we came back to pick luggage they served us with teamm and we keep on sitting in restaurant area until our taxi arrived. Full marks to all the staff members for your kindness and hardwork. Will surely return here next time.”

“First things first: all the staff was absolutely amazing ano they all went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and to meet our needs. The care for the guests is unmatched in my experience, and rest assured that the entire team will make their best effort for your stay to be the best you can get. The room was very, very clean and amenities were provided. We received complementary water every day (one 500ml bottle each), a plate of fruit on the day of the arrival and a bottle of red wine (so thoughtful!!) we had a small balcony in the room, a small fridge and wardrobe with hangers. The beds were super comfortable with double pillows, the room had air conditioning. The shower was super nice as well: spacious and with a powerful stream of hot water. The position of this hotel is ideal: 10minutes walking from all the main mosques and attractions, same distance for the tram line. Breakfast was served in a restaurant across the street and we received such great care in the restaurant as well. We got served mainly savoury food (I suppose that's the traditional Turkish breakfast) but fresh pancakes and muffins which were really appreciated. I couldn't recommend this hotel more and when I will be back in Istanbul for sure I will book a room again. Personally was not a cons, but the room is small. The building is an older historical building therefore there's not much space to begin with. I have seen people complain at the reception but hey you stay in the hotel just to sleep! Also not very soundproof.”

“It isn't a 5 star hotel but it has everything, the staff are super nice and helpful. The food is amazing we stayed there for 6 nights and had most of our food from their restaurant as we loved it. They didn't had alcohol but they ordered it from outside for us and served us greatly. Really Clean room but if you have food inside the room ants would come from the balcony. The standard room is kinda small but we got use to it and it was fine. We enjoyed our stay amazing price but perhaps next time we're gonna spend more to stay in a better location hotel. But for this price everything was amazing”
