“A wonderful resort that, while bring large, feels intimate and personalized. The oseki style dinner and breakfast, included in the rate, were quite nicely done. The room was spacious and clean. 18 parking spaces in front of the main entrance, so perhaps call ahead to endure a space will be available. Definitely a place to return to in this sleepy little town.”

“The hotel is on the hill and gives great landscapes. Equipped with two different spas, both were quite good. We had a lunch and I had asked for a vegan meal, which they said they were not very used to serve, but the dishes were all fantastic. Unfortunately (for the hotel) there were not many guests and they didn't seem to have enough staff to keep everything perfect in the huge hotel, but anyway the quality of the service was better than that of similar hotels.”

“Stayed in kyshu for 9 days and this is literally the worst hotel stayed. Its a busy hotel with small room (expected) that is quite overpriced (paid $150 for each night). The room is clean but the service is the worse that i have experienced. The staff have a care-less altitude and refused to help at all, which is such a big contrast with other places that i have stayed. Everything is self service and staff is hidden away. No one explained the breakfast unless u asked, to check in the luggage its DIY. Do not stay here unless you are Anthropophobia”
