“This place has so much potential to be great, but the customer service!!!! 0/10. We attended a wedding that was hosted there and for the entire guest list it was issue after issue. As for us personally, my mom and I rented a cabin and my brother and his fiancé got a wagon. Upon arrival (obviously past check in time) we got the key to both our rentals. Our cabin was fine, but my brothers wagon had been slept in and never cleaned. Before even walking in the door of the wagon there were 14 dead/half alive wasps right at the door step, all 3 beds slept in, towels everywhere, just obviously slept in and not cleaned. The very second we walked in the office to address this it was hostile. Long story short, they were not comfortable staying there any longer with all of the wasps, didn’t want to wait for it to be cleaned, etc, but they were originally told they would get no money back even though it was not clean upon checkin. It took a lot to have a manager called and then it was eventually refunded and it was worked out for them to stay in a cabin. But customer service was AWFUL. The host of the wedding was pretty much told they didn’t need their business, they get business anyways because of trade days, the rest of our party experienced issues with this as well, even as far as them calling a guest an “a-hole”. As stated before, this place has the potential to be really nice and we enjoyed our actual cabin but we would not recommend this establishment based on our experiences.”
