“Great location for local site seeing. The thermal baths (especially the hot and cold water circuit, which is a must) and grotto were well worth the visit. The breakfast buffet is good, too, with many choices. The only issue was the WiFi, which we had to get reset every day or so.”

“The outside space at the front of the hotel is not very appealing, however, as it is situated on a busy crossroads it is unlikely that you would want to sit outside anyway. Inside is a lot more appealing with the reception opening onto a small bar area and then into a function room where breakfast is served. There is a wide selection available for breakfast, all of which is to a high standard, and coffee to your liking can be requested from the waiting staff. Everywhere is very clean. The bedrooms are of a decent size, with room for your luggage, comfortable beds, a mini-bar and a small balcony. It is situated just outside the city walls, but within easy walking access, for the amenities the town has to offer. It is also very handily placed for those walking the Via Francigena.”
