“Spaahhhhh-mazing. The spa is simple, clean, and totally ready to soothe you. After a journey to Venice, my body was hurting. I had an amazing massage. I extended it (50 minutes 55 euro. 30 more minutes 40 euro) and the spa access (water circuit pool, ice bucket shower, emotional sensory shower, multiple other saunas)was 30 euro. He told me 115 was good. What an awesome experience! Feeling so much better for my flight home. Don’t hesitate to book. I was able to chat with them on WhatsApp. Semi language barrier once I was there, but manageable. Kinda wish I stayed over here. Beautiful grounds.”

“Fantastic views from the restaurant terrace. The shuttle service to take you to the beach works perfectly as parking is always difficult at the beach, so leaving your car at the hotel saves stress and is a huge benefit. The restaurant has great views over the bay and the setting sunset. For us the food was the least favourite part as the food was not as good as other restaurants in the area. We ate there only because it saved the hassle of driving elsewhere. The rooms are small, and noisy. It is easy to hear other guests.”

The hotel has the most beautiful garden where you eat and the service is on a very high level. I recomend this place,and will came back as soon as posibble. The assistance provided for restaurants and beaches to visit was fantastic. Both Monica and Manuela were completely charming. We will come back to this gorgeous small town of Numana and especially to this boutique hotel. Thank you for making it so memorable. Everything is right in this resort from the warm welcome by Daniela with a delicious “ice-breaker” welcome drink, the breakfast on the veranda with spectacular views, the stay at the pool with wines from the own vineyards to the BBQ and attentive service during dinner. We had a lovely stay.”

“Stayed here for 1 night on our way to Puglia. The pictures are strategically taken and look better than the actual hotel. Our room had little noise isolation which was unfortunate as person in the room next to us liked to have loud calls until late in the evening. The room was clean. Breakfast is not as in the photos- maybe Covid related? Only the coffee was really good! The staff was very friendly and was perhaps the best aspect of the hotel. Yes the stay was convenient - free parking next to hotel and close to the highway. We paid 91 EUR for a night which is way too much compared to what the hotel had to offer.”

Always smiling and despite the language barrier, they tried to help and advise in details. The hotel is located approximately 5 minutes from the beach and great restaurants. I hope to visit Hotel Cristallo again in the future. I recommend this great place to everyone”

“Wonderful hotel. The couple that runs it are helpful and the staff were all super. The hotel was clean, we opted for full meals which were excellent. It is a welcoming place for kids and dogs, by the way. There is a private beach area for the hotel with umbrellas and lounges for a discounted price. The hotel had bicycles (no charge) as well as passes for the local bus. The historic center was within reasonable walking distance and we opted to tour this area on foot. I hope to return next summer!!”
