“We didn't actually stay here (We stayed at The Parrot Key Resort). We did however visit the restaurant at Sunset Key for lunch. They will pick you up by boat in Key West and bring you over to the restaurant. No cost for the boat ride. It's free with a restaurant reservation. Do this! Reserve for lunch or dinner. The atmosphere is awesome and so is the food. By far of our best meal in Key West. It's an upscale experience for sure and the pricing isn't bad at all. Honestly well worth it and priced better than many other sub par meals we had on this trip. What an amazing view and atmosphere! Right on the water- beach side, huge deck. They even have propane heaters if you get cold. And honestly, it was a bit chilly in December (which isn't typical). We cranked up the heaters for about 15 minutes and then turned them off. Perfect comfort and a perfect meal.”

“My family of six really had an awesome time staying here. My first impression was how clean and well manicured and maintained the property is. Even though it is located on a main road you still feel secluded with all of the palm trees and greenery surrounding the property. We also appreciated how quiet it was. Never any rowdy or loud guests. Always plenty of pool chairs. Would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend for others. Having friendly staff was also a huge plus.”

“The best place to be in Key Largo. The staff were amazing and did not steer us wrong with any recommendations for food, places to see, or recreation. Dive classes were excellent and instructors were so patient and kind, they also made it fun for the kids! The rooms are a little dated, but really cozy and clean. You won't find a better place to see sunsets than on their point with sugar white sand between your toes as you sit in their chaise loungers ending a perfect day. “The Hammocks at Marathon is a great place to stay for a family of four. We stayed in a two bedroom with my husband’s parents and it had a decent sized kitchen and living room; maybe not big enough to cook meals and dine in, but good for making your coffee and teas, and snacking on leftovers. Although it was two bedrooms, only one of the bedrooms had a king sized bed—the other had two twin sized beds that you could push together if you wanted to sleep next to your significant other; it’s really a bedroom made more for two kids. The hotel itself was very clean, as were the grounds. It’s well manicured and maintained and sits right on the water. Our room didn’t have much of a view as we looked out to a parking lot and the other bedroom had a room with a window facing the indoor hallway which was kind of odd. The rooms do not include a washer and dryer, but there is a shared laundry room with one washer and dryer—just don’t wait until Thursday to do your laundry because it’s occupied most of the day since many people stay for 5 nights or a week and tend to check out on Friday. There is a pool and a hot tub, not very big but still clean—and there is a dock behind the hotel with hammocks, a restaurant, and boats that you can book excursions & tours with. The staff were very friendly and helpful—they offered us extra towels for our boat trip and even let us borrow a cooler for our drinks. We particularly enjoyed the coffee machine in the lobby which makes cappuccinos, lattes, espressos, tea, hot chocolate, and regular coffee. Overall, this is a great location—especially if you are looking to bounce around and explore the different keys; it’s just an hour from key largo and an hour from key west—with plenty of great restaurants and things to do in the surrounding area.”

“This was our first time at Eden house and in Key West. I was a little skeptical about staying here because of some of the reviews but I decided to take a chance. I'm glad I did, sure the rooms are pricey but so is everything else in key west. Are they huge? The answer is no. But was it a beautiful relaxing property in the heart of old Town? Absolutely! The pool was great, the hot tub was great, staff was super friendly, bike rental right out front. I didn't have to drive my car for 4 days. Either walked or biked. There were hammocks, tons of chairs to lay out on and it was quiet. Just a super relaxing place to spend time at and to get away. I didn't go to key west to sit in my room. So I was very happy with the overall experience and everything Eden house had to offer.”

“My wife and I recently stay at The Bungalows @ Key Largo for our 5 year wedding Anniversary. My wife booked the trip as a surprise so I had no expectations about this resort. Our time at the bungalows was very calming and relaxing. Anything we needed the staff was there to get whatever we wanted. All the amenities were more than exceptional. The food was of 5 star quality. All of the staff at this all inclusive resort was so amazing, friendly and just super nice. The quality of everything was at its highest, even down to the soap that was used to wash our hands. So much thought was put into designing this resort in every aspect. Our time at the bungalows was magical and felt like we were removed from reality in the best was possible. We had booked a massage and afterwards felt like we had been given new bodies!
