“Awful customer service, awful experience. Evidently, a wedding party was staying at this location the same night I was. There was loud noise coming from a room adjacent to mine, ALL NIGHT LONG. I called the front desk clerk, Will, at around 10:20 to complain, and then the night clerk multiple times during the night to try to get the problem resolved. I last called at around 4AM, desperate for sleep, and fed up with the lousy accommodations that I paid a pretty penny for. The front desk personnel were unable/unwilling to help. I understand if they were not able to track down the source of the noise. But what disappointed me, was that neither Hilton employee I spoke with during the night offered to move me to a different room away from the noise, or, if no other rooms were available, to simply offer me a refund so I could go elsewhere. No one, not even the morning desk clerk, offered to make the situation right. So, if you're looking for an expensive place where the hotel guests are loud and like to party all night, then this Hilton Garden Inn is for you. If you value sleep and value for your money, however, give this location a hard pass.”

“We've been at this hotel for six days. The room is exceptionally clean and its location allows us to reach anywhere quickly. However, the hot water in the shower isn't as hot as expected and the sink water lacks cold temperature. It would be great if they provided a microwave in the room for added convenience. Additionally, if you have trouble falling asleep this might not be the best place as road noise can be quite noticeable.”

“Marriott had a great deal with this hotel. The beds were very comfortable which I loved. The breakfast was great. Service is so nice. Only a few things I thought needing attention.... The tub wouldn't change from shower to bath. The AC would be either freezing or stuffy in the room. There was an inconvenience of no microwave in the room. The biggest complaint I have is the elevator. It's so small and tucked away in a weird place, I was very closterphobic and had high anxiety going up and down in it. Over all I would stay here again.”

“Perfect location to stay the night when leaving the city. Our room was clean except a few stains on the carpet. I checked the mattress as I always do first thing and they were in excellent shape, no stains or anything else alarming. The amenities were nice. The back of the coffee pot had been used for milk or formula so I couldn't use it. The lobby had plenty of coffee for breakfast. The breakfast was a good variety with hot and cold food including fruits, cereal, and juices. Overall it was a great quick stay. We will definitely stay again when in the area. Friendly staff, clean rooms, good breakfast, great value, safe parking.”
