Each and every staff member were so warm and found them always smiling. Just one glitch-food was quite oily and spicy. However, they made it as per our liking post request.”

“Seeing all 5 star reviews we visited last week but disappointed. Pros: Location is very good Surrounding is also nice , as we visited in dry season it’s not much eye soothing. Cons: The Room we stayed had no views, always we had to close our windows. Food quality and taste was below average . Service was too slow , during lunch we asked for few items which we got once we finished our lunch. Small part of approach road is narrow and bumpy. I personally did not like the arrangements.”

“Despite the wonderful location, this place has not been looked after enough and mold smell has invaded many rooms. It has been complex to find a room with breathable air. The food is really good. It will take lots of effort to make it great again and maybe get a license for the bar as it is hard to go anywhere because of the isolation.”

“Awesome jungle experience at reasonable cost The experience starts from the time you enter the estate gate and then enter into their jeep after parking your car. They pick you in the jeep and you can see a waterfall on the way to the resort. On day 1, we reached at around 3 pm due to huge queue at TN checkpost and the lunch was ready separately kept for us. After lunch we went to the stream which is just below the resort. Then on day 2, they took us to a waterfall after a 2 hr trek and while coming back it was a shorter route of around 20 mins. We don't get network inside the room and there's no TV as well - so we get to spend some quality time with family. We do get the network outside the room for any emergency calls. Overall experience and food was awesome but just take your own towels and soaps etc.”

“Location was very good. It was very beautiful surrounded by tea garden. However, the service was very poor and slow. Buggy, house-keeping were not coming. And room was not as good as we expected. The window couldn't be closed due to bad construction quality. We asked for closing it and the weather was very cold outside. One maintainence guy came and tried to close it but he couldn't. He said that he will fix it in the next morning in this cold winter weather! And they said that changing room is not possible. It was the worst service I had among the hotels in the entire India.”
