“My husband and I spent the Christmas Holiday at Devonfield Inn; it was our third stay and will definitely not be our last. Doug and Jim are both hospitable and go above and beyond exceptional service. From check-in to check-out, we were always satisfied. We began our holiday experience with a tour of the Inn's Holiday decor with Doug, followed by a holiday happy hour featuring wine, cheese, a live piano performance, and Christmas tunes sung by Doug, Jim, and the guests. The gourmet breakfast Jim prepared for us each morning was one of the many highlights of our trip. Prepare yourself; a sweet or savory breakfast feast always follows a delicious cake starter. The waistline may be unhappy, but the tastebuds will be thrilled. Another highlight is Doug's loop and favorite hike; there is much to enjoy! Thank You, Doug and Jim, for making this a memorable Christmas for Barry and me.”

“With a well designed space and a pretty good restaurant, this motel could be the Sea Ranch Lodge of the east coast…A place to do slow down and do absolutely nothing. In fact, I found the service and food here to be most excellent. A surprise! Better than the Lodge at Sea Ranch. More casual than Faviken. More fun than Harbor House. Only wished our room’s reading nook could have been made more comfortable with a few additional pillows and throws blankets. Hope to check back in the spring/fall when outdoor activities and food are at their peak.”

“Amazing spa services and facilities. We went for a treat after moving and enjoyed a couples massage and mani/pedis. We would definitely go again, but it seems they don’t allow you to just book services or visit without either staying at the resort or booking a one day pass, only on Sundays or Thursdays. Exclusive, but definitely worth it. We’ll likely return for a proper vacation and classes at some point.”
