“Made a pre-paid reservation for our son. When he arrived at the hotel he was unceremoniously denied entry because he was under 21. This rule of the hotel is hidden under drop-down lists, and the staff at the hotel were absolutely rude to both him and me when we were asking simple questions to clarify what we could do. Rather than promptly refund our money for the reservation THEY were refusing to honor, we were told to call back tomorrow and then hung up on. DO NOT MAKE RESERVATIONS AT THIS HOTEL IF YOU CARE ABOUT DECENT SERVICE.”

“It would’ve been nice if people are told that the pool here is “under construction,” although the room we received was pretty good after the long wait because between RCI and the hotel they couldn’t figure out what booking we had (a 2 bed btw). That said, everything else about the hotel is positive. The beach and ocean view from here is simply breath-taking and the amenities, decent.”

“I highly recommend staying here for Daytona Beach and I will stay here again on my next trip through. Everyone on staff were friendly, helpful, and prompt with their service. The rooms were clean and put together. The bed was also very comfortable. Understandably, the beach access was still closed from the 2022 hurricane and it might still be a while before it opens. They provided how to easily access the beach by foot or by vehicle that was within a few minutes from the hotel.”

“Even though the pool and patio were being renovated due to the last hurricane, we were warned ahead of time, and they had plenty to do otherwise. They unfortunately were also working on redoing the floors, and that was VERY noisy during the day. Would not have been an issue otherwise. Staff was very accommodating and we were allowed an hour early check in, and they were able to change our floor to a higher one. Daytona Beach Shores is off the beaten track around Daytona without all the hustle and bustle. We realize we were there on a slow week, but we were VERY happy with our unit which happened to be a 2BR/2Bath end unit taking the entire side of the building. We were able to sit and watch both the sunsets and the rising of the moon on our balconies.”

“Small quaint hotel with walkout balcony on the ocean. A little older and some of the wear and tear was obvious. If you are looking for a modern and busy area this is not for you but for us it was perfect. The staff was wonderful and helped us acquire another night after a race rain delay. They had a nice continental breakfast and the rooms were equipped with a small kitchen. Even though the beach access was closed, their is a public entry just one hotel down. Very budget friendly and would definitely stay here again. Thanks for making our rainy stay pleasant and enjoyable.”

“View was spectacular, Staff was friendly, the price was great, the room was convenient with stove and refrigerator. The beds where clean And comfortable. The plumbing is a bit outdated. First day, I showered and couldn't shut off the water, It was broken, Which should have been checked, before I arrived. But they where quick to repair it. Most hotel pools are out of service because of the storm But the beach was open. Staff is very friendly. I'll be going back in May 2023..”

“This hotel was awful. When we first checked into our room, we couldn't find the remote and had to go to the front desk for a replacement. The following day we found it under the bed, which made it obvious our room was not cleaned before our stay. The pillows were plentiful but flat. There isnt even a chair in the room and we booked a king suite. I absolutely DO NOT recommend this hotel.”
