“We stayed as a family of four in an upstairs room. The connecting room gave us plenty of space for all of us. The large sliding doors look great but unfortunately don't off much noise insulation. Our room was right by the entrance door which often banged shut. The hotel also has a hostel in a separate building which made the shared pool very busy. Onsite parking allowed us to park our rental car. The location was fantastic for walking all around the Old City area and outskirts.”

“Quite disappointed with this hotel for the price. The room was really nice, the reception staff were great. However, I have never seen a more un-inviting swimming pool. When we arrived there were no sunbeds, despite the hotel photos advertising fake grass and sunbed areas. It was actually just a concrete area, which again was un-inviting. We thought we would probably be able to request them, but the swimming pool was full of leaves on arrival. It’s cleaned every morning but that’s not enough when it’s surrounded by trees. The staircase into the pool is wooden and probably an accident waiting to happen. The hotel has a rooftop pool which saved the experience for me, because I wasn’t to checkout as soon as I saw the main pools false advertising. The rooftop pool was much more cleaner and acted like private pool. Overall, I wouldn’t stay here again because there are areas which seem like the hotel isn’t interested. If I wasn’t on a non-refundable rate, I would have asked to checkout early”

“G Nimman is not just pretty in pictures, but it's amazing to stay in as well. The service provided by the staff were impeccable. Always making our day with their smiles. Bed was very comfortable, and they provide (and even top up) complimentary bar drinks and snacks. Water can be refilled with water dispenser outside of your room, but bottled water is provided as well. The location is amazing as well, close to a lot of beautiful cafes and massage places. I'll definitely come back here if I visit Chiang Mai again!”

“Location- good. Room- not bad for price, but I wouldn’t say I recommend it. Service - parking guys, great. Front desk- not helpful and not professional. We were told we didn’t have a reservation and then after showing proof, they still couldn’t figure it out. Took 20+ minutes to even find the reservation. Then they told us our room wasn’t ready. At breakfast they told us it wasn’t included, to which I showed our reservation again (which it was clearly included). In the end, the breakfast looked terrible and we didn’t eat it. Too many good places in CM to settle for that. I wouldn’t recommend it based on our experience, but the location is good. They’d be wise to replace some staff and improve their system. Online booking says, “welcome drink included, breakfast included, etc” Definitely not welcomed with a drink and not treated well at breakfast.”
