“Excellent care with customer service!😊😊😊😊😊 When we went downstairs to the breakfast/meal area, Ty (manager) and her amazing team gave the most welcoming presence at Sonesta and took a step beyond the ordinary. We love her and her team! ❤️ They know the meaning of hospitality service at its best. Dorian (chef) brought so much joy in the room. Breakfast was amazing! Plus, he was so kind and personable that we wanted to stay longer. Franklin (server) has such a pleasant personality, offering whatever we needed and giving us the best service that shines heaven to everyone who knows him. Brian (night shift) provided the best care of our needs while being at the gym, providing new workout mats. The front desk and the people listed above were so accommodating. Thank you for creating a pleasant stay for us!”
