“Spent a week here around new years, the staff are so lovely and are always happy to help. The rooms were spacious and very clean. The restaurant had both western and Thai options and breakfast was delicious and had everything one could want. The best part of all is the perfect location as it is directly on top of the beach and provides lots of nice places to lie on the beach or next to the pools, also the beach was not busy at all. Would recommend staying here!”

“Pool is family friendly and has wonderful kid slides. Walk to beach is short and pretty clean. Restaurant and buffet is not good, but whole area lacks good restaurants. The only super convenient thing is it is easy to enter hotel ne in tourist pickup location apps. Neighborhood and most of hotel is exclusively Russians. You will be lucky to hear any Thai staying here.”

“The room smells like people smoked inside it, the smell stayed even we opened windows and air conditioning, the toilet and the water in the bathroom was dark and unclear most of the time, the breakfast was less than basic comparing to other hotels we stayed in phuket, the price are super overrated and the value for money is very low. The hotel is on the beach with direct access to the beach and that what maybe make it somehow attractive to tourists, but this consideration for me was a mistake because there are a lot more options to choose who are also close to the beach.”

“The hotel is beautiful! The pool wraps around the hotel complex and is a nice temp. Unfortunately our room had some issues. The toilet smells of sewer gas, the walls are paper thin and that wouldn’t be much of a problem if there were not guests in the pool past midnight screaming. I hate to leave a poor review as the hotel has a lot of potential with some work on the plumbing and enforcement of the hotels own policy of the pool closing at 9.”

“Amazing hotel amazing amazing, besides the fact that the hotel is 5 stars in full, they also think about all the little things that are put in your room, the room itself with the private pool was exceptional, also the quality of the facilities in the room were at a very high level, an amazing stay experience that you can get Everything you want through the hotel's app. Amazing staff who are attentive and want to help with anything you want. Two things I must point out, but they did not harm the experience of the stay. The hotel is a bit far from restaurants and the center, but taxis are cheap so no problem. 2. The food at breakfast was delicious and very varied, but the restaurant itself for lunch/dinner did not meet 5 star standards at all, we will be disappointed with the food we ordered in the evening, so the second evening we ate at another restaurant.
