“Kevin, the gentleman behind the desk at night was great. His communication and customer service is terrific!! The TVs are great and my room was very clean and well maintained. The lady with red hair and earbuds in her ears desperately needs to be retrained or held accountable. I assume employees are not supposed to wear ear buds while working at the front desk. Usually it doesn't bother me, but she clearly did not want to be at work on 10/12/23. Would've given 5 stars if not for her.”

“My husband and I enjoyed a ‘staycation’ here and loved every minute of our stay! Breakfast buffet exceeded our expectations with potatoes, fluffy scrambled eggs, and sausage. Our suite was well appointed and bed was very comfortable. We brought our chihuahua as they are pet friendly (saw guests with larger dogs as well!). Hotel has pet potty stations around the perimeter and great walking area. Tons of shopping and dining close by along with a full bar in the lobby of the hotel. They had a sign with drink specials, which we enjoyed before going to dinner. Overall, great hotel!”
