“Misleading,booked our cabin from the pictures shown on the website,only 2 be given a different lodge, similar but not what we booked,when challenged the staff at reception, where unhelpful and unsimpathic,hence spoilt the break and we would not return sadly,so if you visit make sure you're getting what you booked! To end on a positive,North Yorkshire was beautiful and welcoming 🙂.”

“We have had a static caravan here for over 30 years. Our family, love this site for sentimental reasons and activities provided (Although, this could be improved with more choice!) Maybe, in the summer season, provide some music outdoors plus entertainment for the children. However, the site is well-maintained by staff and are there to provide information relating to the site.”

“Beautiful structure! The cottage where I stayed was large, comfortable, well furnished and equipped with all comforts. Large living room with comfortable dining area and TV equipped with Netflix. Large and fully equipped kitchen: coffee machine, kettle and even air fryer. The rooms upstairs are large and have very comfortable beds. I appreciated that there was a charging base with USB outputs at the side of the beds to easily charge electronic devices. Two adequate bathrooms, one on the ground floor and one on the upper floor. There was everything you need for a comfortable stay. You can tell that the cottages have been set up by experienced and attentive staff. The staff was attentive despite the fact that on the first day of the year, when I arrived at the facility, the reception was closed. I first received an email with all the instructions for finding my cottage, including a very useful video, and then I was contacted by phone to check that I had received the email and if I needed anything else. The location of the property isn't bad either. The town of Helmsley is quite close, reachable in a few minutes by car. In short…Everything perfect!”

“Grand place for a holiday and stuff to do on a rainy day for instance they have swimming pools and kids entertainment in the bar ...their own caravans have been done up with all mod cons usb points smart tv smart heating system. WiFi is free but there are dead zones if not close enough to routers I’m sure this will improve 💻📱bigger tv 📺one disadvantage is the vents in the bedrooms when it’s windy blow a gale and it’s very cold even with the heating on.I’m sure in hot weather it won’t be as bad 🥶”
