“Not the worst but not what I expect from a Hilton. Bathroom was gross. Gunk/mold/scum around the shower/shower head, pee around the base of the toilet with hair, mold on the towel hooks, drywall dust piled on the back of toilet, on floor and sink dirty, crumbs/dirt on the floor, debris on the sink counter, can see dried fluid stains on the floor, rooms are muggy and ac doesn't work well. Few employees we interacted with were very nice. UPDATE: Horrible nights sleep. Pillows go flat as papper. No more flavored coffee creamer in the mornings. I'll say and I'm sure most would agree, at least waking up to good coffee would've excused A LOT! It was hot, I'll say that. But specifically went down stairs to get flavored coffee creamer and I couldn't wait to check out when I found out they didn't have it anymore. So simple yet so impactful. Hope they bring it back.”

“This is one of the best Marriotts i have been. All the staff id very personable and they have been super awesome. We were here during Christmas and had the best time when we were back at the hotel. The rooms are also great. The food at the Bistro is awesome, the drinks at the Bar are awesome. They also have a nice fireplace, it was superb experience, thank you 🎄🎊”

“Legoland Pirate Island Hotel was super cute! We loved the separate bunk bed area for the kids, which had a TV for them as well. They were excited to do the scavenger hunt when we first arrived. Appreciated the kid accommodating touches like smaller toilet seat and step stool in the bathroom. Personally, the room felt dark to me, but no big deal. Breakfast places opened at 7AM and was filling. Every waitress we had at Shipwrecked was great! I signed up for creative workshops before our arrival to make sure we got seats. All of those master builders were great, but the room is always freezing! The lobby is chaos with legos and kids everywhere, but my kids enjoyed it. They also have an agenda for the day to check out what's happening after the park closed. We really enjoyed all the decorations and entertainment.”

“my girlfriend stayed in the RV section and had the best weekend ever. From line dancing on Friday, horseback riding and rodeo on Saturday. The service was great we did wish we had a shaded site but will request next time. but a huge shout out to the employees we interacted with. All were social, polite, had our safety in mind with a ride back to RV site in the rain. David Smith, Dustin and Gary made the trip great not just good.”

“Hotel seemed like it was just recently built. Everything was pretty clean and I felt good in my very spacious room. The staff was very friendly and check-in went fast. Just the bathroom layout was a bit odd, you could see that it's a pretty cheap construction and the area didn't reeeeally feel safe. Also the train horn woke me up one or two times. Overall I'd stay here again, but there are better places for the money I paid”

“The LEGOLAND hotel did not leave any details out. There are so many fun activities there for kids and kids-at-heart. As grown ups, we could point out things like the price (it is expensive, and no Florida resident discounts at all), no phone in the rooms if you need to call the front desk, or the housekeeping supervisor walking around knocking on doors at 10am checking if you moved out yet. However, all these things are not that important when your kids are having a time of their lives and you get to make these amazing memories with them. You can easily stay here for a week (if you can afford it) and never get bored!! The hotel guest parking and a separate entrance to the park, which is only a short walk away, are definitely a huge bonus! However, there is so much to see and do in the hotel that you don't even have to go to the park. From the treasure hunt in the room and the Lego building stations throughout the hotel, to the Lego building workshops, the pools, story time, pajama dance parties, and so much more. This is the place where it is perfectly fine to just let your kids have fun and be kids, and you don't have to worry about them breaking something or getting in trouble. We had a great stay here!! The kids will talk about it for a very long time. I hope to see some great Florida resident deals in the near future so we can come back again.”
