“Front desk staff are very friendly and can be helpful. However, I said to have no room serviced for cleaning and also left out a dnd sign during the entire stay. The room was entered twice when I was away on business. Room and hotel needs upgrade. Dated and older toilet often didn't work. Plus, the internet was very slow. Restaurant / bar - Chef is very nice and accomodating. Bad part was the bar overcharged for a drink I paid normally before. Bartender was condescending to me during and after that. Also, bartenders only gave attention and respect to the 'regulars'. Sad thing is I said I will be visiting each week for a year and still was not treated properly in the end. Needless to say, I chose another hotel for my weekly business visits over the next year. Also, I will share this with my Hilton Honors rep in the hopes improvements can be made for future guests.”

“UPDATE: After posting this review, the manager reached out to understand my concerns and apologized for my poor experience. She is sending me a gift card so that I can try out their hotel at a later date. I'm updating this review from a one-star to a three-star. I appreciate them taking responsibility for what happened. I was rudely ran out of the coffee shop area at 5:45am because the manager on duty didn’t want me sitting in there as I was quietly working on emails. No sweet spirit. No kind word. I would never allow someone like that to work for me. The beds are also very uncomfortable. I was waking up every 30-45 minutes. I see other reviews state the same thing about this hotel. Overall, way overpriced for what you get—this isn’t NYC. And for $500/night I’d expect a little courtesy and consideration, especially from someone in a leadership position.
