I was happily surprised by the very high quality of food during all supper. Perhaps the service was a bit slow during dinner, possibly due to the high number of guests compared to the number of employees. The staff is excellent and available to help with anything. I definitely recommend this place, and I will be back myself.”

“Don't expect more than a beach and a nice little pool. The two are very nice, but that is All you should expect. We could have gotten an all-inclusive holiday at top resorts in stead of this out-of-the-way hotel that included breakfast only. Clean, yes. But no service. No lobby. No atmosphere. There is a bar. In a full week, we never saw anyone behind it. The private beach is great. No one comes to sell drinks. The area as the tables at breakfast is a mess littered with garbage. Far from anything! You need a car! Not sure if this is a very bad 4-star or a really good 3-star!”

“We have stayed 4 nights in this hotel, the building is newly opened and quiet. Breakfast selection is good, unfortunately if you seat outside during breakfast you could hear the noise from the staff talking loud from the back of the wall, not really pleasant. Rooms are beautiful, semi modern, a bit disappointed by housekeeping service which didn't change the coffe cups used the they before and room wasn't very well cleaned (some stains in the pillow cases and bed sheets) there is no water offered in the room, since is a 4 stars, some water complimentary will be appreciated. Hotel offers a shuttle service to the beach very often during the day and you can enjoy their sunbeds and the sea. Spa is beautiful and well maintained, we had couple of massage, very good. The restaurant is very good! The staff is very friendly and helpful. Overall a good relaxing experience.”

“Oh, I have visited the island many times. This was my first time staying in a hotel. It did not disappoint. The feature of being picked up and dropped off at the ferry with your luggage at no additional cost is fantastic. The hotel provides a shuttle throughout the day to center town, which is phenomenal no additional charge.The rooms and the general care of the hotel are spotless, immaculately clean. The best part for me was the staff. Each and every single person in the staff that I encountered was accommodating friendly and helpful. I truly mean helpful. I find that that is a very rare quality to find in establishment. I mean genuinely every person that I encountered. I felt extremely welcome. I’ve visited Sicily for the past seven years every year and that genuine Sicilian hospitality was everywhere at the hotel. I will most definitely revisit Cave Bianche hotel! The breakfast was perfect, and really like how close the hotel is to various beaches. Very easy to get up have breakfast and get to the beaches within roughly 10 minutes. 10/10”

“The hotel is not a far walk from the center of the village and restaurants. The pool is nice, although not large, and the room we got was a suite with a handy little kitchen, and a nice view of the western sky for sunsets. However, I could see some other rooms were not as well located. Because all the rooms conveniently surround the swimming pool, if it is loud, you hear it. For instance, the lifeguard had a huge speaker playing music that if you did not want to hear or wanted a peaceful relaxing experience, you were out of luck. Also, the 10am check out is too early, and although you can get served breakfast until 10am, the unfriendly serving staff seemed intent on rushing you off so they could clean up.”

“This supposed four star hotel decided to provide “entertainment” which is some guy screaming and singing in a microphone until up to midnight. How stupid is to everyone who actually needs to SLEEP and be ready to start the day in the morning. If I could give this place no stars I would. Terrible unprofessional and plus the man can’t freaking sing. At least if you’re going to unconvinced guest get someone who can sing!!!”

The evening bar was often unstaffed so having a drink after dinner was an issue. The rooms were ok, although balconies were not cleaned and handrails held in place with steel ropes.”

“We have just returned after staying at this hotel for 4 days. What can I say ..... a wonderful discovery !!! Excellent welcome, wonderful atmosphere, clean environment, attention to detail and customer care. The room was clean, spacious and tastefully decorated. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was very nice. The breakfast was more than abundant and all top quality, not to mention the first courses I ate were the best spaghetti, with clams of my life overlooking the sea. And what about the staff, Veronica the fantastic receptionist. Their spa is beautiful. Since our arrival we have received a genuine and friendly courtesy and hospitality that won us over. The location is excellent, you cross the road and you are immediately at the sea, clean beach and crystal clear water. It is certainly a hotel that I recommend and to which we will return with pleasure.”

“Worst place I’ve ever been in my whole life. Been here to celebrate my birthday and that’s why I chose this hotel but without advertising the pool was closed. No tv working in the room, no hot water unless you don’t wait for 30min. No toilet paper or towel replacement and overall e everything is so disorganised. When you bring up issue to the staff they don’t even try to sort it but are just justifying themselves that their staff is not complete, although you pay for not a cheap hotel. Please avoid it, just wasting money.”
