The rooms were a nice size, and we enjoyed the outdoor spaces, as well. Service everywhere was excellent, and the food at the restaurant was stellar for both breakfast and dinner.”

“Fantastic experience as a Globalist. Welcomed to a ready room upgrade to a studio suite at 10 AM. They also provided cookies (super tasty), and drink vouchers for use for cocktails at the bar. The dinner appetizers and drinks were fantastic. The rooms are arranged bungalow style where they are grouped in sets of 3 or 4 rooms. Each has a unique vibe with a piece of furniture and color coded to your location at the resort. You are able to park next to your room which is a big plus, and they provide a one-way house car (large suburban) to take you to downtown Scottsdale. Didn’t get to try out the pool because I decided to go on an atv trip during the day of my stay. The in room service was fantastic as they replaced the complimentary snacks/ drinks as needed. The staff were very friendly and efficient. Definitely will be back.”

“We stayed here for two nights on our way from Europe to Mexico. Its a really nice hotel, bright, modern design, pleasant rooms, clean and very well located. Loved the glass bottle in the room that you can fill with filtered water, instead of all the plastic bottles you would normally get. The roof top bar is a nice extra bonus. The only think I'd say could drastically improve is the (non existent) service at breakfast.”

“Really a nice location and suite. Loved that. Internet cost $$, buffet breakfast cost $$ and they didn't even offer free coffee. Instead Starbucks was on tap and it cost $19 for 4 coffees. However it will not keep us from returning. It is a fabulous location and a great vibe in Old Town.”

“Great, clean, safe hotel to stay at, especially if you are traveling through Sky Harbor. It is very convenient if you have a rental car, as there is free parking at the hotel and it is a easy, 4 mile trip to the airport. The hotel also has a shuttle. Room was clean and comfortable, a little pricey but it was short notice and a Friday night. I did order food from the restaurant, and it was excellent, with large portions. There is a dining room with a full service bar, great selection of domestic and imported beer, wine, and liquor. The staff was friendly. I would not hesitate to stay here again!”

I had a flight disaster, was supposed to arrive at midnight and got in at 8 AM due to an 8 hour flight delay…they were very understanding, actually did not charge me for the night I missed, and made me breakfast even though the breakfast time had ended. “We came here for our anniversary, expecting to have a great experience. However, we were just disappointed in almost everything except for the location. We came in early (around 1 pm) and there was no one at the front desk to help us. That's fine, we understand maybe they don't do early check-ins, so we just came back around 3 pm. Upon checking in, the receptionist said that there would be a free breakfast the next day, but they didn't. (Should have informed us right away). We also requested to have a late check-out and they let us stay until 1 pm. But when I was using my key card around noon, the door didn't let me in, and have to ask my husband to open the door for me. Without knocking, the housekeeper just opened our door even though we already asked to check out late. Hope they'll improve their system by informing the housekeepers of the late check-outs and making the key card function on the time that we agreed. It also takes time before the water in the sink/restroom to get hot. And it is funny that they have an envelope and QR code for tips, but nothing like pen and paper which most of the Residence Inns that I've been to have.”

“The ceilings are paper thin, we could hear everything the people above us did. Hard walkers, furniture moving around, conversations etc. The bathroom had a sewer smell that they weren’t able to get rid of (they did offer us a new room). Sheets had small stains on them, I mainly noticed this on all the pillow covers. The room seemed clean but just not put together quite right. The window blind wouldn’t open and the drawers in the kitchenette wouldn’t come out (closet door blocked them). It did have Tesla chargers which was nice. The doors don’t have any auto opening except for the front door so the outside might be difficult to maneuver if you have any disability. This was hard for us parking in the back and using a stroller to get in from the Tesla chargers without walking the whole building to the front doors. The size of the room was great. It fit our family of three, we brought a bassinet for the baby and a it’s the stroller and everything else we fit comfortably. Our room also didn’t have a tub, shower only. Not sure if all rooms are like this but good to know for those with kiddos who don’t take showers yet.”
