“We around 28 members visited the resort one week before. The resort ambience was good and attracting. But we were disappointed in some matters. One, the food they provided as a part of the package did not suit to the package norms. There was no variety in menu when we consider it from the rate they charged in package. Also we experienced much delay in getting food refilled. It was really dissatisfying from all of us. While they started serving food, we sincerely mentioned that our traveller driver was also there in parking ground. Normally we have seen and experienced a complimentary food for such persons from majority of resorts and hotels we have visited as part of school tours and staff picnics. But at the time of final billing, it was disappointing to notice that the food they provided for that old aged man was also charged with an amount of Rs. 750. One room was offered to us for fresh up purpose. But it was not also provided not considered in a timely manner. As a group who had conducted lots of school tours for our students and also staf tours to different resorts and picnic spots, such an experience was really disappointing to each of us. Even their resort ambience is good, they couldn't ensure that much quality in serving food within the package norms and also they failed to value or fulfil some ethical concerns which need to be considered favourably. So in short, we each of us report our dissatisfaction regarding their food policy and on some ethical issues. Thanking you”

“So far the worst stay experience I've ever experienced. We've booked 3 rooms for a night stay. The service staff(especially the night shift guys) were very rude. The nearest beach is literally 5,6 Km's away. The food which we got for lunch was also not good. I strongly urge the management to take care of the property as the service staff also commented that the pool facilities are not available/working. Proper guidance and training should be given to the staff.”

“Good and decent place. We went for outing with friends which was a group of around 20. Rooms are well maintained and have enough space. Restrooms are clean and smells nice. Some cons which I felt is, No car parking space for more than 2 cars at the property. Vehicle can be parked at a nearby vacant plot. But that is a makeshift arrangement and no real security. Pool was not clean and water circulation was almost nil. We used the net available at property itself to clean it.”

“Rooms were unexpectedly small. Bedsheets were not white. They looked dull and old. Plug points did not work. Bathroom window did not have a mesh so they were mosquitoes and insects coming in. You will not find a kettle and all that stuff you find in the good hotels. Having said that, the view was stunning! The boys's service was very good! Breakfast and coffee was good! If you feel you will only spend the nights in the room and why pay more to stay out the whole day and pay to a fancy beach house, then this is a good choice. The staff are super active and helpful. No doubt about it and I truly appreciate their hard work.”

“Such a pathetic experience for the amount they charge us. The ambience is good but services provided is so basic. After paying such a hefty amount, the bedsheet we got were not clean. We had to ask them to change it. And can you imagine, the TV in our room were not working. What do they expect us to do when we are indoors.
