4XPC+J47, Buenavista Hills Road, Barangay, Tolentino West, Tagaytay, 4120 Cavite, Philippines

“The building, especially the exterior walls and wooden railings on the ground floor, are dilapidated. The food is generally poor, both at breakfast and in the restaurant. Desserts such as cheese ice cream and grilled pineapple were good. The food was not great, but they were very attentive to our requests for spaghetti boiled softly, no chili or peppers, etc., so we were very satisfied as well. There was a bad waitress at the poolside restaurant who ignored customers when she made eye contact with them and had a brusque and blunt attitude, but the other waiters, hotel receptionist, and cleaning staff were very nice. The pool temperature was 32 degrees Celsius, and the water was not cold, so I was able to swim comfortably. The water temperature was 32 degrees Celsius and the water was not cold, so I could swim comfortably. It is only a country resort hotel, but I thought they are doing a good job.”

Santa Rosa - Tagaytay Rd, Silang, 4118 Cavite, Philippines

“Place is huge and good for events. Ample amount of parking space and huge open space to interact with farm animals. Restaurant: 1. The food portion is big. Price seemed ok for the portion. 2. Service can be improved. We ordered tomato basil soup but were served with pumpkin soup. The server took the pumpkin soup when we asked to confirm if it was our order was correct. 30 mins have passed, and we finished our salad and pasta, but our tomato soup was still not served. We followed up twice and had it canceled the 2nd time. The server told us that the kitchen is already preparing the soup and could no longer cancel. We insisted on having it canceled as we're already done with our main dish.”

Pulong Sagingan, Barangay Maitim II West Luzon, Tagaytay, 4120 Cavite, Philippines

“The place has changed so much since we were last here, when it was still nurture spa. It wasn't as relaxing as we expected with the crowd that greeted us at the entrance, spillover from the restaurant Farmer's Table. Last time we were here all you see is green. Now it's all structures. Construction next door doesn't help. But service is great, the concierge, bellboy, housekeeping and masseuse.”

Tagaytay - Nasugbu Hwy, Laurel, 4221 Batangas, Philippines

“The hotel projects luxury, but the service & age of the place eats at that projection. Would have preferred having breakfast with natural light and huge windows, but breakfast was served in the ballroom. Breakfast spread was normal, but definitely not as good as other hotels in the same price range. Water in the bathroom was lukewarm at best. The staff seem to be hurried and untrained. We got a welcome cake from the hotel manager at 9pm. It's nice to get a small treat, but to give a "welcome" at 9pm speaks a bit about what's happening behind the scenes. I asked for extra towels and had to make a followup call because they hadn't arrived yet after 30 minutes. The TV in the room will play a video everytime you start it, but the promotions on the video are from 6 months ago. It's these little things that give a hint of what's going on behind the scenes. Again, I'd forgive this if they were just another hotel. But the image that they are projecting & their services/offerings do not match the price they are asking for.”

“Love this place. Lobby is elegant and huge. Staff are nice and friendly. I love the heated pool. The spa and massage is good. The room is nice and clean with complete facilities. I just dont like the view we had in our room (3rd flr). We barely see a view from the outside because of the blocking walls and aircons. Room and beds are quite small compared with other hotels with same price but they have mini ref, hair dryer, coffe maker and everything you need. Buffet breakfast is great too! Location is very accessible from the highway and with the huge facade it's so easy to find and a lot of restos nearby. Reynaldo's smokehouse is just across and Petron convenience store. They have welcome drinks and gift for us too. 😊 They charge us for my kid though for additional linen and food. Unlike other hotels that wont charge you if the kid is sharing bed with parent, they would only charge you for the food (some even dont).”

Hillcreek Gardens Tagaytay
4.5
( 8 reviews )

134 Tagaytay - Alfonso Road Brgy, Alfonso, 4123 Cavite, Philippines

“I recently stayed at Hillcreek Gardens to attend a wedding, and the location is just so refreshing and serene. If you’re looking to get away from the city, this is it. Location: It is about 10-15 minutes away by car to the busy Tagaytay areas like Taal Vista and Skyranch, and easily accessible thru the new Calax. Ambiance: Hillcreek’s lush greenery is just heaven. The sprawling grounds will help you forget that right outside is a busy road. There’s a lot of trees and flowers and open spaces, and the air is fresh and cold. Bring a jacket just to be sure. Rooms: I stayed in the Casitas area, which is where their older rooms are housed. The rooms are comfy, not big but not small either. Bathrooms are okay but a little on the older side, and a little narrow. Closets come with an ironing board (useful!). The extra bed was surprisingly comfy. The window looks out onto the terrace, but you will be seen from the outside since the path outside is right by the window. Food: The Blue Room is where the breakfast buffet is served. Lovely dining area with indoor and outdoor seating. There’s a fair amount of choices for breakfast ranging from salad, to bread and jam, to the typical Filipino meal, among others. The most memorable part of breakfast has to be the taho display in the corner that serves real taho—warm and sweet! You can also order from their menu during lunch or dinner which is pretty convenient. Service: The overall service of Hillcreek Gardens is exemplary. Wherever you go, you will be greeted by staff with a bright smile. Need something? No problem. Lost? No problem. Staff are really really easy to speak to. Parking: Hillcreek Gardens comes with some parking slots, but may be challenging if multiple events or a wedding is happening since it’s limited. I didn’t count but you can probably fit about 20 vehicles, with some manoeuvring required. Cons: The plenty of open spaces means that when it rains/drizzles, you will get wet when moving from some buildings to the next. It happened to rain/drizzle quite a bit during our stay so getting back to our rooms when this happened was a little bothersome. There are a lot of steps going to the various locations, so older people might find it difficult to get around. There are ramps and roads inside, but they’re not all linked together so certain areas are not as accessible by car or wheelchair. Going up and down the steps when it’s wet/drizzling is also something to watch out for. Overall, I feel like the few cons of the location are far outweighed by the beautiful location, good food and great staff service. Very nice place to have weddings and parties, and to attend them.”

“Love the cleanliness of the room, service though can somehow be improved since there are no cottages or atleast chairs or places for customers who availed hotel rooms, location is outstanding since its very spacious. Also hope that customers who availed the hotel rooms can somehow get a discount on cottages for their guest I paid almost 3k on the room and another 500 for the cottage and 400 for 2 additional guest”

“I absolutely adored the rooms on the 2nd floor at Amanda's Resort, especially at night when the pool lights cast a magical glow. These rooms are incredibly spacious - perfect for a movie marathon or some cozy cuddling. And let's not forget those heavenly soft beds and sheets! 😍 Now, about the attendants, maybe they were having a low-energy day, but they were still polite and helpful. As for the location, while it's not exactly a postcard view, being nestled in the lively heart of Tanza city adds a unique charm to the experience. Overall, I had a fantastic stay!”

Behind Fora Lifestyle Mall, Diversion Road, Silang Junction North, Tagaytay, 4120 Cavite, Philippines

“This is really value for money. The room is adequate size and the beds are nice. The bathroom is a bit small but has adequate amenities like hair blower, hot shower, and toiletries. They also have water dispenser along the hallways. The location is also good as it is near Tagaytay Rotunda coming from Aguinaldo Highway. Has good access to Fora and Ayala Mall Serin. I only hope that the pool is heated so we can enjoy it better. I also appreciate how the staff is attentive to our needs. We didn't avail breakfast because it was an additional 500 pesos per head. There are better breakfast options nearby.”

“The Garden room was small but neat and clean. No tissue in the bedroom. No slippers and no bathrobe provided only towels which are located in the CR. There's a 1-ply tissue though in the CR. By the way, we didn't get a good sleep because of their window type A/C, it will cool and then not. The staffs were friendly but I hope they could improve their service. Like we appreciated it when they gave us a hot tea for goodnight sleep but the timing isn't right. We're scheduled to swim that evening so it would be better next time to gave the tea after the evening swimming rather than giving it early and tell the customers to re-heat the tea using electric kettle. We enjoyed the archery and swimming so all is good. By the way, this is located beside the church, so expect you can hear the singing from church.”

“The place is just a few minutes walk from the main road (near 7-eleven, Alfamart, Baliwag lechon manok, etc) in case you need to buy some stuff. We stayed at the villa building. Room was clean. Cool aircon but needs to be set manually and located near the bed headboard. With a small ref, TV, wifi. Shower had water heater but no place to put soap and shampoo. (The shower head in our room was a bit damaged but still usable.) No comforter, just bed sheets. They also provided towels, water bottles & a guest kit. There are tables near the pool area you can use. You can get free hot/cold water here. They also had a cafe but we did not dine there.”
