“Easily the nicest beachfront hotel on Kamala beach. We loved taking morning walks with coffee along the shore. We paid to upgrade to a pool access room and I’m very glad we did as it made using the pool a lot easier. When our flight got delayed, the reception team worked hard to arrange a later check out for us despite being fully booked. They could have just said no and kicked us out onto the street. I am so incredibly thankful they were willing to help.”

The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful - Tony looked after us and made sure we had a special stay and helped us with reservations and activities. He was super responsive and friendly. The breakfast is tip top, the pool is beautiful and the rooms were really special. We were sad to leave but really hope to return soon!”

“We stayed for seven days, and overall would enjoyed it. The rooms were clean and modern. The pool was clean and clear. The service was amazing. Our fridge was broken and two hours later, they brought in a new one. Also, there is two soda cans, two waters and a small milk that are free. There is complementary transport to and from the hotel to Patong Beach (every two hours, between 10:00 and 20:00). Personal shout out to Natty, who went above and beyond. She performed first-aid and even recommended a 24/7 doctor for us.”

“Amazing experience. Very kind and helpful staff. The restaurant has unbelievably delicious food and the complimentary breakfast in the morning was just as good (tons of yummy options to choose from!). Anyone who has left a bad review clearly is someone who just cannot be pleased because this place is paradise and the staff service was impeccable. There are bugs here in Thailand so one must remember to turn off the outside lights near their bathroom if they do not want to attract them. This is also a property that is located on a hilltop, so there are some stairs, but that makes it that much more charming, whimsical and unique. I read poor reviews where people mentioned these two things but clearly they did not do the research before booking. My partner and I have come to Phuket many times before and this was the best experience by far. Views are spectacular! Best sunsets you will ever see!”

“The location is an excellent beach front, and service is amazing. Central location, steps away from all the action. Quiet property and family friendly. Rooms are nice, but with any beachfront property, room maintenance is required. At checkin, we were greeted by mosquitos (I am highly allergic), but upon informing staff, they quickly took steps to resolve the issue. Please note that food and alcohol drinks are pricier than crossing the street and grabbing it at a local restaurant, but the convince to not having to step out of the pool/beach area can be worth it (We are talking Thailand pricing which is super inexpensive). Also, it is a very safe place, security, and CCTV in every entrance.”

“My 2nd stay at this hotel. Location is great as 10 minutes from Bangla Road though off a side street so quiet a nice. 15 minute walk to beach and 10 minutes walk to Ontop Market. Room was fine, no complaints. Breakfast is good, wide variety and open at 6.30am so great if you have a trip for the day. Wifi coverage on the 9th floor is poor. Staff are pleasant and helpful thought my only complaint is after a neighbouring hotel caught fire, I had offered one of their guests my breakfast (which I paid for) as I was checking out before 6.30am though the Lady at the reception did not allow this which was sad considering the circumstances.”

Word of caution* hotel need to deposit 2000bhat before they give you the key card, so be sure to bring more money, the deposit will only return when you check out* It's has decent hotel lobby, pools, breakfast. Everything works as well, stayed on 4th floor. Shower heater works and also washing sink has heater. Everything good except room has strong herb aroma smell in the room, you probably get used to it after 5-10mins. Has balcony which is great for smokers. Aircon is cold even tho it can get tat loud. Price is affordable too, 4 day 3 night for 210SGD. Overall solid 4 star ⭐⭐⭐⭐. Less one star to the house keeping, as vacation traveller, we don't pack tooth brush. Room service did not bother to provide next 3 days.”

You can hear the base from the music blasting from Bangla walking street and regular fireworks til 4/5 am in the morning...the balcony doors would not shut tight, plus the constant sound of wind and doors rattling as we were on the 15 floor. We had a washing machine in our room that wasn't connected and was not attended to after speaking to the receptionist friendly staff at reception and the lobby, not too sure if you would have the same issues if you had a lower floor room and facing away from Bangla walking street.”

“We stayed here for 4 nights in Nov 23. Room was spacious and clean. The water pressure was good. My partner complained about the mattress being a little too hard but I didn’t find it an issue. The location is great, near a couple of restaurants (western), 7 Eleven that’s less than 200m away. However the beach is relatively distant. If you have kids and you plan to walk, there are some big roads that you might need to cross. The hotel comes with pool and gym facility. Very decent and nice. Quiet and far away from any noisy hubs. Perfect for family stay.”
