The rooms are nice and the kitchen has everything you need at a beach place. The pool and lazy river are great when you need/want a break from the beach. Wednesday is there pool party with an awesome DJ that had the whole pool engaged, and having a blast. Norns, which is right off the pool and lobby, is a great place for drinks, food, and a great staff. We have gotten food and drinks multiple times throughout our stay. Overall, a great place to stay in N. Myrtle!!”

“Really enjoyed my stay. It was a bit rough for me as I am extremely allergic to cats no.1 and those wonderful animals we know as man's best friend. So it's dander that I am allergic to. When there are cats I know because I sneeze like crazy, watery eyes, itching all over. Just something to consider when it comes to rooms are being cleaned and the linen cleaned and disinfected. Respectfully noted.”

“Amazing experience, when I called to make a reservation Fatima gave me the best room and a extra bed to sleep on to make my stay remarkable. Then I met David who had amazing customer service and he was phenomenal. Julian was outstanding during our stay through out the night he made us feel safe throughout the night. We did a last minute booking to have some extra space for us for Thanksgiving during a family visit and this place did the job. Not only was it clean, the staff was super friendly, courteous and helpful, my girls were excited about the pool and they have a breakfast to be very happy about. Need something fast and easy - come here! Maid service is only by request on a daily basis, bathroom was very clean (caulking just needed to be replaced), and floor in room was vinyl wood so no smelly carpet!”

“Business is decreased dramatically, yet prices and stuff policies go up. People that want to stay must stay a minimum of 4 days at an outrageous price, over 1k under 3k. Building is old and falling apart. Every day something doesn't work. Very entitled guests, rude guests, slow elevators (2 total) if working, and most importantly EVERY room looks different. Some are really poor maintained while others are newer. Be sure you know what your room looks like. However NO ROOM IS WORTH THE PRICE.”

“Very special thanks to Ms. McKay for excellent customer service at the front desk. She works very hard to help customers, The Hilton is a full service resort stay. The fitness center is clean, the pool and beach services are on premises. There's a washer / dryer / dishwasher, 2 bedrooms, 2 baths and 2 terraces, ocean front views. We experienced seeing the sunrise daily and early morning sea shells collections. The water was comfortable for even October 2023. The bell hops are fast and helpful and parking is across the street. Last the mini-golf course was a lot of fun!”

The musty, mold, cigarette smell could not be captured in pictures, but it exacerbated symptoms with guests who had breathing problems. Facility was notified, but once dissatisfaction was expressed, no further communication was made.Maintenance repaired toilet. Housekeeping came out and cleaned 2 vents. Provided additional park pass, which told me my text were received, but again not responded to. Not enough toiletries for 10 people. Had to purchase additional supplies.”

“Beware of FALSE PROMISES and POOR SERVICE. If there was a way to give zero stars, I'd choose that. My family and I have been shackled by our agreement with Seawatch Inn at the Landing. We were sold on the idea of its value and the flexibility to use it as we please. Reality has been far from it. With the escalating fees and our now fixed income, it's become a financial nightmare. Despite the sales staff's grand claims during the presentation, we've hardly been able to utilize the timeshare. Trying to get answers or assistance is like a wild goose chase. It's almost impossible to reach someone who can address our issues. They sold us the ownership telling us it was a valuable asset. But now, when we are requesting them to take it back, they are conspicuously silent. This raises two points: Firstly, it's probably not worth what we were told (and what we paid). Secondly, they seem to care little about their customers' experiences and hardships. To anyone considering doing business with this company, I urge you to think twice, and then think again. We're left with a burdensome agreement and a feeling of absolute frustration. We need this company to step up and resolve this situation ASAP, and we hope our experience serves as a warning to others.”

“We booked unit 206 for 4 nights and left a day early. We've stayed at several other beach resorts here * we will never stay at Royal Garden again. The bedrooms in 206 were small & the furniture worn & dated. The outdoor whirlpool was drained and never filled while we were there. The balcony was dirty & furniture filthy. The beds were worn & had foam pads to cover the worn mattresses. No paper towels & 1 dish towel. The view was beautiful & the smart TVs were nice. We will stay elsewhere next trip..”

“This condominium complex is adjacent/across the road from Apache Campground at the north end of Myrtle Beach. Easy to access from Hwy 22 (Conway Bypass). Centrally located for easy beachfront drives along the strip (S. Myrtle to Cherry Grove). Kroger grocery store and gas stations are convenient. Just blocks (drive, not walkable) from Tanger Outlets and Barefoot Landing. The condo units are older, built in the 1980's, but have modern conveniences which will vary by unit/ by owner. The complex appears geared towards adult/senior age groups. Beautiful pool complex, well-kept grounds, parking (max 2 vehicles per unit, no motorcycles, $20 permit fee per vehicle). Bar/restaurant on site. Year-round owners on site. No pets allowed for renters. Recommend up to max 4 adults per unit for comfort. Each building has 3 levels and stairs are required to 1st floor. Be aware: Access to each unit and access within each unit is NOT disability friendly. Beach access is via a public access point (via walking only) in the curve of Lakeshore Drive. It is only a very short walk to Apache Pier. I would definitely recommend Arcadian Dunes to mature adults. We were in unit 13 which is adjacent to the main pool and bar/restaurant.”
