“Nice hotel with full of orange trees, spa, 2 restaurants and a pool. We stayed here during Christmas and liked it a lot. Especially in the low season, you get immediate attention from the waiters, no European waiting times for being served. The food in the restaurant was also very good but it's pricey for Turkish standards. They can also arrange a drop-off and pick-up service for you if you want to explore the surrounding areas. We had a pleasant stay overall.”

“One of the best resort I have visited till now. The receptionists were really helpful and friendly. Great staff who knew how to serve the customer. The room was well equipped and the service was excellent. The beach is amazing, the surrounding sights are great. They have a great entertainment team that works day and night. “Otel is apropriate for only families with children. High volume music below your window rises during day. Rooms are old. Late breakfast is shown on their internet page, guess what hotel insist they have a new name " Rama Beach Hotel " and they use that new page. "No late breakfast included" Mr. Tamer explained us this morning ! Probably, we should guess they changed their name or whatever. As another surprise, you should pay for wifi in your rooms. I never recommend this hotel.”

“Worst holiday in my life. Starting off I want to warn all of you to not book this hotel as it is horrible. The staff is rude and not helpful - all of the request are always ignored. There is no animation team - there's only two people - a lady which does the kids disco for an hour and one animator who announces the show and plays darts or water polo all day. Rooms are terrible - there's a strong smell of mold, the bathroom floor had some sort of brown stains (possibly poop or vomit) and they were not cleaned the whole holiday. The cleaning staff are not mature - they play loud music in the morning and surely do not do their job. They used to forget to put toilet paper and to change the dirty towels. The water in the shower was broken as you could not pick it - it's really cold or boiling hot - 0/5 Food - is always the same, there are no more than 2 meats - mostly chicken or turkey. Once a week there's grilled meat. There was a really bad toilet smell in the buffet bar. All of our family got food poisoning during our stay - 0/5 Entertainment - As already said - there were no animation team - there's mostly singers or karaoke parties. The guy from the animation team also offered us to go to a club somewhere in Kemer - as there's nothing to do the grade is also - 0/5 Staff - it's simply terrible, we were ignored a lot of the times. There were no problem solving by them - 0/5 The lobby bar was the only good place of the hotel although it also lacked music - it was dead silence. One of the days when we were sitting there, their was a cockroach in the bar. The bartender used to take a lot of time to make drinks - he used to spill them while making, throw ice cubs all over the bar and drop alcohol bottles and break them. Overall I do not recommend the hotel. It lacks everything you need for a decent vacation.”

“I am disappointed, I expected more. The room was beautiful, but the maid didn't change the sheets until we threw everything on the floor, we didn't have soap until I wrote a message, she cleaned the floor once in 10 days. She received money, but it did not improve her work. Food-various, but the same every day, with barely noticeable changes. As delicious as it was, it all became irrelevant when every "clean" plate I took was dirty. You can find breakfast eggs on your plate when you have lunch or dinner. Few people put away dirty dishes or work slowly, and even when they do, the tables are usually sticky. Cigarillo bar - one day Sanker is in a good mood, the next day he's angry, throws a drink, talks in Turkish where I don't know what he's saying. Only good thing about this hotel is the beach, next to the beautiful sea, the guy who works there, Sabri, even though it's too hot and he cleans all day, he's always smiling, pleasant and very hardworking. I think he should do a better job because he is more valuable than 80% of the employees. All in all, a 5-star hotel can't be that dirty, especially not the PLATES, after which we don't want to eat anything. The picture below is while you are drinking a cocktail and looking at the sea, there is a piece of garbage next to your leg. Sealife never again.”

“We had a wonderful stay at Etenna Bungalow Hotel! The bungalows themselves are fairly basic, but clean and comfortable. The setting is absolutely stunning - a lush green paradise right on the most beautiful beach. The staff were really friendly and made us feel at home (as did the sweet dogs who live on the property). Breakfast is included and was delicious. The restaurant was great for lunch and dinner as well, though it is pricier than others in the area. Overall a great stay. Can’t wait to come back!”

“An impressive budget option, with clean, comfortable, freshly-renovated rooms. Located at the foot of a mountain with little-known hiking trails and less than 10 minutes walking to a secret so big that I only discovered it accidentally several weeks after I checked in: the numerous unspoiled, often unoccupied beaches south of town. The center and marina are also within short walking distance. Attentive and kind staff. Tasty and healthy breakfast buffet (only open from 8-10 am). Loud music in the evening from a nearby hotel.”

“We were here in June 2023. The resort is very popular to family with young children, in fact there are lot of activities for these young people. The beach was great with enough space for the guest, here it is possible to book cabanas where you can relax and enjoy your stay. The staff on the beach was very nice and polite, they took good care of us. The breakfast lunch and dinner was ok with a wide choice, some food was ok and some other was very poor quality. We had an all inclusive stay which doesn’t mean good quality, I had couple of the worst cocktails I never had before. The room can be very noisy or from the late entertainment or from air conditioning motors and motors from next door hotel. The room was just ok, it was cleaned daily but sometimes we found no towels, the housekeeping just took our towels without replacing them with new ones. The bathroom is simply not clean and that is not matter of details, it is just dirty and it was smelling due the faulty pipes. The staff doesn’t speak English but they do speak Russian, in fact the majority of the guests were Russian but that was not a problem at all.”

“We spent 10 really relaxing days here. The hotel is in excellent condition having recently been redecorated and refurbished. The bed was really comfortable, the room was clean and spacious. We had a room that looked towards the back of the hotel, close to a service entrance that could at times get really loud, but if you closed the window, tge noise was barely audible. The pool area is clean and spacious, surrounded with trees that give enough shade, large enough to find a sunbed even if you go later, music wasn't loud. The hotel has its own access to the sea with the beach kept clean, they even have a lifeguard for most of the day. The food was good, although somewhat repetitive if you are staying for longer. It is good that they offer a fair variety and mix of Turkish and international cuisine, everyone can find something they like. The staff was friendly and helpful at all tines, the only big minus here that most of them can't speak/understand English or German, not even at a basic level. All in all, I would go back and would recommend it to couples without children who'd like to chill in a clean, modern and comfortable atmosphere.”

“We spent two weeks in Turkey and received the most unfriendly reception when we arrived. He didn’t tell us the Wi-Fi password; and it is a hotel SPA yet massage wasn’t open until 8pm. You also had to pay extra for the spa/hot tub. At least the pool was free 🙄 Called before booking to check availability and room type. We were told it was a room with a Mountain View. It was a view of a fence. I spoke to the same grumpy man at the desk and he shrugged his shoulders at me. When we were about to leave for dinner we found a bedbug. Spoke to a different staff member (possibly the manager?) who came up to inspect. He apologised and said he would get us another room. While he’s gone, another bedbug was found. Moved to the new room upstairs (the view is now of a field of dead grass with a chain link fence surrounding it) and inspected the beds. Found an ant, spider, and some random’s hair on the new bed. By this time it was 8.45pm, we were tired from a full day of travel, and figured the rooms just weren’t going to improve so accepted our fates of having been tricked into paying too much for a gross place. Bathrooms both smelt like rotten eggs. No coffee or tea in the new room either. Not worth the money at all. Rude staff. Gross place.”

“I liked the hotel very much, excellent service. During my last day and a bit chaotic departure, did not get a chance to thank all of the hotel staff and management for their great work, so I would like to do it now by writing this review. And would be thankful if the hotel staff can pass along my thanks to the beach man, who was very helpful, and made sure that everything was OK every day. I was a solitary traveler and together the hotel and beach personnel made me feel welcome in their wonderful country. The hotel is located very close to the beach, 5-7 minutes' walk and you are there. The main hotel building offers wonderful views of the mountains and has balconies. The beach is public, but Santana hotel has a portion of it with their own sunbeds and umbrellas. The seabed is laid with large stones, but there are cleared out paths into the sea without the stones. The beach is a sandy one. The location of the hotel is very good, it is a dead-end street, so there is no active traffic all the time, and hotel is close to the main street where all the shops are located, with fruits, souvenirs, cloths and what not. The food was fresh and delicious, eggs, olives and yogurt for breakfast, among other things, always a good selection of vegetables, fresh and stewed, meat or fish, soup, watermelon or melon for dinner and supper, some desserts for supper. The coffee is instant from the coffee machine, but it also makes a great hot chocolate))) Tasty semi-dry red and white wine for those that indulge themselves. The hotel staff are always ready and happy to help in order to solve any issues. Special thanks to the chef Latif and his under-chef colleague, to the receptionist lady, to the cleaning ladies. The room was cleaned daily, the floors were washed, and trash taken out. Once a week the manager organized a Turkish night, with kebab, baklava and Turkish belly dancing. Every day there is music for dancing till 23.00 for those that want to dance. On the territory of the hotel there is a clean swimming pool and a little garden with various fruit trees. Overall, a very nice hotel for a good price. Thank you for a great vacation!”
