“Absolutely gutted, lovely hotel great pool and rooms, nice staff clean but boy did we pick the wrong week, end of season is all I heard when asking about food or entertainment, last night was told were finished by the bar man on 31st they closed the 1st. Reading the other reviews I feel robbed. Paid for fully inclusive but only received that for 2 days, we ate out more than in and had to seek entertainment else where. Its like they were tied and just gave up. They pumped up a big inflatable so the remaining guest where like wow only to wash it and pack it away infront of everyone.”

“Stayed here for one week with my boyfriend. The hotel was a lot smaller than expected with little space to relax around the hotel. The furnishings around the hotel were great quality however, the facilities were very limited and didn’t give much of a luxury feel. Location wise it was set in a busy area so there was plenty to do outside and lots of food places to eat. Entertainment in the evening wasn’t great. The restaurant food was very limited, more repetitive than most all inclusive I’ve been to and there was a serious lack food labelling. We luckily didn’t have any allergies but if you did, the hotel definitely wouldn’t be a safe place to eat. The room was very basic and there was a £25 a charge a week to use the safe in the room. We were also only allowed one key to the room and was told it was for security reasons which was very frustrating as it meant we couldn’t charge anything unless we were in the room and made it difficult for one of us to pop back.”

“We had three double rooms between the family, one with a pool view and the other two with a side street view. When we got there, one was a disability adapted room which was disappointing as it seemed to not be as modern as the other rooms. Thankfully, the staff managed to swap this room for a regular room the next day which we should have had upon arrival anyway, regardless of whether the hotel was full or not, since that is what we booked. All our rooms were modern, beds were very comfortable with soft mattresses, aircon was great, mini fridge in the room and the bathrooms were all very modern. The cleaners came in regularly as well which was good. There was a significant charge applicable to use the safe so I just ended up putting valuables in my suitcase and locking it that way. Unfortunately, one afternoon I did get back to my room after the cleaners had been to find the door unlocked and someone had tried opening my suitcase as the code was set to 000 but thankfully it was a custom set code. Trying to report this attempted theft to the staff was a nightmare due to lack of English skills, they thought I wanted the doorman to bring my suitcase down. If you are unlucky enough to be on the non-pool view side of the hotel, your bedtime will be after midnight every night because the music from the adjacent restaurant (Ledbury steak restaurant) is ridiculously loud up until midnight and will keep you up unless you bring very good ear plugs. The food was very good and typical of a Turkish all inclusive hotel, so many things to choose from, breads, cheeses, salads, meats, so many deserts although was a little samey each day. Hot food is also available pretty much all afternoon from the pool bar area (pizza, chicken nuggets, burgers, chips, salads etc.). Dinner starts at 7pm, if you get there around 7.30pm we found there were no tables available for a while. Drinks on the other hand were a little disappointing, not many cocktails on offer and the ones we tried were not the best. If you wanted an iced coffee you had to go and get two separate espressos from the self service machine, wait in the bar queue and hand them to the barman to make it. Coffees from the machine were also terrible. With regards to the pool area, yes you have to reserve sunbeds if you plan on being by the pool for the day, got there around 7am each morning and there were plenty available to reserve, 7am to 8am seems to be when everyone comes to reserve the beds but it's not manic. The pool is quite small and very shallow. There are only two stepladders on either side to get in - it would be beneficial for the hotel to install some proper steps so people can walk in, especially the elderly and disabled. There's also an indoor pool which is nice to use during the day when the small outdoor pool gets packed, and there is a sauna and steam room which you can use as well. Around the poolside, it is extremely slippery, we witnessed multiple falls every day and had some near misses ourselves, someone is going to get seriously hurt one day around that pool. Evening entertainment was shockingly bad for a 4 or 5 star hotel, it appears that this is where the hotel saves money because it really was not good at all. Day time entertainment consisted of darts in the morning, a quick session of aqua aerobics and then water polo in the afternoon, albeit in the very confined pool space. Staff were very friendly and attentive, most of them had basic broken English skills but not enough to hold proper conversations - this is not a criticism as I know it's not an English speaking country although other hotels I've stayed at in Turkey did have exceptional language skills. Overall, despite the things I've mentioned I think it still deserves a 4 star rating as its a nice hotel in quite a built up area so evidently some things are unavoidable. For families with young children I'd recommend avoiding this hotel as it was mostly adults and there are probably other better hotels that are more suitable for families.”

“Hotel as a whole is great. Location is good, free shuttle to the beach which was perfect for us. Hotel pools were good too, 30 degree temperature but the pools soon cooled you down, you have to move about however as the pool is very chilly. Downside to the hotel has to be the food, very lackluster food, no real traditional Turkish food, English garb really. And everyday was the same, our 3 yr old has a good appetite but we found he only ate chips and pizza. Nothing else really on offer for him which was a shame. All in all, good hotel. I'd go back”

“It was basic. You get what you pay for. It was clean enough in the room but cleaned the bathroom before use (hairs). The food was very samey so ate out a few times. But the pool was clean with a good atmosphere. The staff were all friendly. The hotel is within walking distance of everything you want, eg beach and bazaar. Ask for a room with a pool view!!”

“NOT SAFE FOR WOMEN ALONE OR WITH FRIENDS. Upon arrival air conditioning was working very poorly, a member of staff came up to fix it and was in and out of our room knocking up until after half 3. This wasn't the only time he had to do so as it wouldn't go cold. On two separate occasions when both me and my friend (young females) were in the room alone sleeping naked due to the heat, the maintenance man let himself in to the room despite not being called, when asked to leave he questioned us. On our last night, he came into the room and pretended to play with the air conditioning whilst making my friend feel extremely uncomfortable as she was naked and he wouldn't leave. The doors do not lock from the inside so we were unable to keep ourselves safe from this man. I worry if we were here longer what could've happened or if they came into the room when we were unaware. Also Wi-Fi only works in the stairwell or reception, not in the rooms as they claimed. THE ROOMS DO NOT LOCK FROM THE INSIDE. DO NOT BELIEVE THEM. THE MAN ENTERED OUR BEDROOM ON TWO SEPARATE OCCASIONS WITHOUT OUR PERMISSION Updated- as you can see there is no lock on the door. Meaning anyone can come in at any point whilst you’re inside without a way to stop them. There’s a lock on the bathroom door but not the one leading outside.”

“We took our two year old on holiday here for ten days in September 2023. The hotel is full over capacity of exclusively British people which we didn't expect. There are nowhere near enough sunbeds for all the guests on top of this the hotel allows people to 'reserve' sunbeds with towels which they appear to do before they go to bed after being out drinking all day and all night which means they don't arrive at the pool till at least lunch time. There's not one lifeguard for swimming pools FULL of children. Many of the children were completely unsupervised, there were kids under five years old which I encountered in the pool every day with no sign of any guardian taking care of them. You cannot escape cigarette smoke, not even at the baby pool or dinner. There should 100% be a non-smoking area around the pool and for at least half of the restaurant. The room was in disrepair with no lock real lock on the door, certainly no child lock, wall paper peeling, uncomfortable beds and barely functioning aircon. The staff are incredible, they are polite and so incredibly patient with people often not showing them any respect. The food is mostly great, especially the Turkish food which is is wonderful, it's a shame they have to cater for predominantly British pallets. We complained to Jet2 and they did nothing and offered nothing. We left the hotel after four days of our ten day trip as we couldn't bear another moment there.”

“We rented 2 rooms for my family. It's small and nice boutique hotel. The pool is very clean and close to the rooms. Beach is very clean and close to the hotel. The proximity of the pool and beach is very convenient. Just 10 minutes to the downtown vibe. The rooms are very clean the staff is very friendly. The food is so so. There were 2 things that I can complain little bit. The wi-fi was horrible. I'm not sure if it is a good or bad thing nowadays. And they don't have any laundry services. Otherwise it's perfect hotel to spend time with your family.”
