“Stayed 2 nights at this hotel. Rooms were very comfortable. Not a huge hotel but it was relaxing. European decor style everywhere. There are no convenient stores nearby but they had free shuttle service. Hotel restaurant meals were not that expensive compared to other 5 star hotels. I recommend this hotel.”

“A big warning on this hotel !!! Was going to spend 2 nights at this hotel and was looking forward to a pleasant stay. But after one night we gave up and moved away. Food in the area is next to non-existent. The cooling unit in the room sounded like a grinder and it was next to impossible to sleep without earplugs. The pool is a play pool for mostly children and in the middle of the pool there is a fountain that makes so much noise that you have to raise your voice to be able to talk to each other if you sit or live near the pole like we did. Tried to get a refund on the last night when we wanted to move. However, the answer was that they did not want to refund as we chose to move ourselves. So it was an expensive night!!! In addition, the staff really didn't behave as they should in such a highly rated hotel, with a really sarcastic comment when we sat outside in the morning to have a little rest with a cup of coffee. At 06.30 the lung net stopped, because then the fountains would definitely be on. When we asked if they could wait a bit to put them on, they were completely uninterested in being accommodating. As I said, you are deceived by the pictures that this hotel presents that it is supposed to be a quiet resort. It is not what it seems to be!!!”

“Despite the abundance of Italian restaurants in the country, you'd be surprised by how rare it is to find GREAT Italian pizza. I've been to countless Italian restaurants in my decade-long stay in Thailand, both in Bangkok and Chonburi but very few are memorable and worth returning to. Many people assume that being Italian automatically makes you a great chef, but that's just a stereotype. Many authentic Italian restaurants make GOOD pizza, but I always felt like it was either too expensive (for what pizza is worth) or simply not at THAT level an authentic Neapolitan pizza should be and taste like. Frankie, at first, didn't inspire confidence in me. The name certainly doesn't sound like your typical Italian restaurant, which is why I postponed checking it out for such a long time and boy was I wrong doubting it. The other reviews were absolutely right, pizza here is absolutely fantastic! My only regret is not coming here sooner! Prices are reasonable and the taste just takes me home. Give this place a try, you won't regret.”

“Superb hotel. Stayed in Nov/Dec 2023. Location is very good and the included breakfast is excellent. Staff very friendly and welcoming. I stayed in 2 different rooms. The first was a renovated room (Super deluxe double bed) and that was very nice. Second room was not renovated (Standard Plus king bed). Room was ok but not much soundproofing and there was a locked interconnecting door to the adjacent room. Overall very happy with the stay.”

“Came to stay for the 3rd time. This time I chose to stay in room number 19. It was very good. In the morning I came to see the sunrise. The room was clean, I slept comfortably. There was also a rooftop terrace to sit and enjoy the breeze and see the view. Very good. Close to the pier in front of the house. It's easy to walk here. Motorbike rental is 300 baht. Breakfast is provided, including porridge, fried eggs, bread, sausage, watermelon, and a box of fruit juice.”

“A most amazing experience. We absolutely loved our relaxing time here. The location is incredible for views, but getting to the town is a little tricky. Walking down the hill is fine, but getting back up can be a challenge. There is a shuttle bus from the hotel - first trip complementary, then 100THB - but it only goes one way as well. We suggest using the Grab app.”

“Absolutely excellent holiday with nothing too much trouble. I was checked in by oat late in the evening. He is such a lovely guy and this level of service continued. I booked two value de-luxe rooms. Which were maintained and cleaned to a high standard every day. I was very pleased with these rooms for the low price. The pool area was lovely and quiet and a great place to chill. The restaurant was lovely and friendly with good food and you could pay with Mastercard and Visa. I look forward to returning and enjoying the hotel and nearby entertainment, bars and restaurants later this year. Thank you Zing.”

“I booked a room here on airbnb for a month. When i first arrived, i wasnt impressed. Small rooms and swarming with freelance girls. There are no lights outside at night and may be intimidating for some people. But overall the stay was good. Hot water with good pressure, gym and pool. Can’t complain. The staff keeps the premises very clean and the place is pretty quiet. Outside there are restaurants and stores to get whatever you need. I would definitely stay again.”

“I was in Superior room (1300 THB, breakfast included) on the 7th floor: fairly wide with a nice sea view. Staff was helpful and professional, and the receptionist could speak English. The breakfast buffet offers Thai and Western dishes and beverages. Situated in Soi 5, the hotel is at a walking distance from the bars and restaurants, about ten minutes to the seafront. I had a great night sleep here, and I really recommend this place.”

“Worst hospitality at this hotel . The room we were staying had no Wi-Fi signal in the room. I had to stand in the corridor to get signal . I informed the front desk and showed to the engineer who was trying to restart the access point that the access point has no issue, it’s the signal attenuation which is the problem. He agreed to that but the front desk were arguing that Wi-Fi is working. I asked them to change the room and they had rooms but were resistant towards offering me a room. I asked for the hotel manager and the manager was not there leaving the hotel with a dumb staff. I was told the manager comes at 9 or noon time and there is no way to contact the manager. The staff was very rude as if it’s my fault the Wi-Fi is not working. The moto of Thailand , is “land of smiles”. This hotel management doesn’t believe in the core value of Thailand! I will never recommend this hotel and if you have already booked, go ahead and cancel your bookings. There are much better options in the same area and much much better service. BTW, the hotel manager name is Ramika , who is the owner as per the rude staff. Applaud the ownership! Off course, pun intended!!”

“Hotel looks new and clean. There’s a pool in between the two buildings. Rooms aren’t so spacious. Some parts of the hotel may not be so convenient for wheelchair users (especially the way from back building to the front) Location is no doubt wonderful. 1 min walk to beach, convenient store, and street food. There’s parking space under the building and in front (no shade). Service is reasonable with the affordable price.”

“Great hotel with friendly staff, rooms are a good size and cleaned daily with bottled water provided, the fridge came in handy for keeping it cold. A/C worked well, room was cool within 5 minutes. No smoking on the balconies but a smoking area is provided on every floor. Daily breakfast included in the price was nice on occasion. Will definitely stay here again”
