“Great location close to amusement park, mini golf, water park, and plenty of nice restaurants. The hotel was clean and beds were very comfortable. We had a King suite with balcony and canal views (standard with suites). We enjoyed the free breakfast buffet, small pool (when nobody else was using it), and nice outdoor patio with bay and canal views. Recommend!”

“My girls and I stayed at the Atlantic Hotel Oceanfront for a long weekend. It was my first time staying there but the location was perfect with a door right out to the boardwalk , a balcony with rocking chairs looking down on the boardwalk (great for watching the sunrise), and a secluded pool that was open until 9 pm. I would absolutely return but not only for the issues I just listed but I have to shoutout to Joanne. You didn’t give me your name so I asked, just so I could post you specifically in my review. You were so very helpful , friendly, and kind. I truly appreciated you and YOU will be the main reason we return. Thank you for making my family’s weekend wonderful!!!”

“After reading the reviews, my family and I decided to give this hotel a try (just for a 2 night stay). I had high hopes for this hotel based off some great reviews and the customer service prior to arrival, that was not the case. While the room was very nice and clean, During our stay there were several issues. Upon check in there were only 3 pillows on our bed. I requested an additional 2 pillows due to the bed being super uncomfortable and being pregnant. I was told the hotel didn’t have a bunch of additional pillows but they would see what they could do and I could pick them up on my way back (I had some errands to run). They washed 2 pillows and told me they would be ready in 15-20 minutes when I came back. I came back 30 minutes later after arriving to the hotel and the pillows they gave me were soaked. Apparently their dryer wasn’t working I was told. Second issue, the hotel is dog friendly. Not an issue. I have a service dog since I’m disabled and I tried to walk my dog outside in the grass area which was covered in hundreds of piles of dog poop. I guess the hotel doesn’t require pet owners to pick up their dog’s waste? So gross 🤢. We liked the fact that the hotel had free breakfast until my husband picked up a bagel that had mold on it. Front desk staff seemed like that was the norm and didn’t seemed bothered by it. Upon waking up this morning (day of check out) I smelled a gas/ propane smell in my room and it was even stronger outside. It was nauseating to the point where it gave me such a bad migraine I couldn’t eat breakfast. I went to inform the front desk and the lady acted like she didn’t care. I asked if they had a manager onsite I could talk to? She rudely stated no, the manager isn’t here. I’m like we’ll can you give me their name and phone number.. she had to look up the managers name cause apparently she didn’t know who the hotel manager was and told me she didn’t know the phone number, I could just call the hotel number back later today but she had no idea who or when the manager would be in. How do you not know who the hotel manager is? I also noticed that outside the hotel by the entrance that there was dryer lint all over the side wall and the dryer vent was so clogged nothing was coming out of it. Huge fire issue waiting to happen especially with the smell of gas/ propane present. Again the receptionist seemed like she didn’t care. My family and I will not be staying here ever again and I highly recommend you reconsider before making your reservation to stay here. “The staff is nice, location is great, and the fact that they allow pets is fantastic… but the hotel has deteriorated significantly since my last stay. My AC was completely not working the first night and we were moved. The second room’s AC was def not working properly. It would completely shut off for hours and the rooms were humid and hot when it turned off. The cleanliness is a MAJOR issue for me in the hotel. The hallway carpets had major disgusting pee stains all over the 3rd floor, the room floors were filthy and it showed. The sheets and comforters were stained, I even questioned if they were washed. The bathroom had mold and the shower head was spraying water everywhere in the first room and had visible mold on it in second room. I really used to love the hotel, but I had to leave an honest review. They need to maintain, and upgrade the facility. They def need to upkeep with the cleaning especially since they allow pets and it’s their greatest feature!”

“Very clean Room - also the outside area looks clean- a lot of towels in the Bathroom ( wich i like because of my long hair I washed 😎) and it was a hairdryer there. The service around this motel was very friendly and….it is Dog friendly Motel 👍👍👍. We put our own blanket over a king bed. The dogs also had have a good comfortable Night like us . Thanks 🙏”
