“A very down to earth place. Prices are reasonable at €40 for two sunbeds an umbrella and two shower tokens. These are for sunbeds on the grass vs. €30 on the actual beach. Say half a bar that's a first time sandwiches. The staff are extremely helpful and compassionate (always offering help as I am using a cane -recovering from an injury). The little bay is quite nice and the water is pretty shallow. They offe a safe for your valuables that locks wirelessly with a water proof bracelet - a very convenient touch. It fills up quickly so make sure you reserve. The parking is €10 for the day and there's a shuttle Van with a wonderful driver, who speaks fluent English. Excellent coffee!!”

“The room furniture is outdated but still comfortable stay at Maremma Tuscany Village. Location is fine if you are by car, otherwise everything is far away. Pool area is ok, not a the most attractive but fun for the kids. Quality of the food at the restaurant is average, not the best. Breakfast was ok, however a lot of sweet options and limited non-sweet food. Again, food quality was average”

“Nice and comfortable bungalow, there're basic stuff such as glasses, plates, pans, forks, spoons and knifes... etc. If you need to do shopping, you can find everything inside the camping, but it's also close to the town (10 mins by car). The beach is almost 5ibs walking inside the camping. There's always hot water and the wifi connection is good. The area is calm and safe. The place is good for group of friends, couples and families.. I absolutely recommend!”

“Location with the views were stunning. Parking was easy and included. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom nice. But it just didn’t offer the wow factor that it should have for the price. The main issue was a worn and tired building. Breakfast okay. Hard for vegetarian which I understand. But staff was unwelcoming and rude. Especially the man at the breakfast area on Sunday 22 October. He acted like it was an inconvenience to him to make a latte. I was very surprised by the service and I’m not a ‘fussy’ guest! Overall needs a good touch of TLC. A much nicer staff. Price is too high for what we received. Stayed 21 October 2023”

“We enjoyed our stay at the resort and the staff where friendly . However we got wrong information a couple of times. We where informed at check in that the restaurant opened at 19.00. when we arrive at 20.00 they say it opens at 20.30. without explanation. When we come back at 20.30 the waitress is reluctant to give us a table and says it is full. ( It was half full at the most). We start arguing that we have talked to the receptionist and a waiter earlier that had given us other information. We finally got a table.. ?”

“First of all let me say if you are looking to book a 5* hotel, this is not the hotel for you. I don't know how they got this rating, who they paid off, if it is legitimate, but this is a 3* hotel at a push. On arrival I went to take a nap. Took out a duvet as I was a little chilly and it was covered in blood stains. Took out the other one and it was also stained. There was lovely dead fly on my bed to greet me also. It is located on a busy road, meaning there is a lot of traffic noise. Patchy wifi. Patchy AC. Hotel guests have to pay to use the spa facilities. Although when I went to see the spa it was closed. Terrible breakfast buffet. When you have a shower the whole bathroom gets flooded. I would never stay here again. On a positive note the staff were all very nice.”

“The place is amazing, and unique. Just 7 rooms. It is 2km from the nearest place you can reach with a private vehicle, then you have to rely on Mario to come and pick you up and travel the last 2km on a narrow 4x4-only road. Not for the fainted hearths. Then you have to walk the last 300m on an incredibly steep descent. Forget high heels etc. once you get there, well: paradise!!! Well done Paola and Mario”
