“As Marriott Gold members, we have stayed at other AC locations and had great experiences. This one however, was not great. The first room we were assigned to smelled like somebody left poop in to toilet. I checked the bathroom because it smelled so bad. The carpet looked like it had never been vacuumed, and there were clumps of hair and fake eyelashes both in the bed and bath rooms. My husband requested another room. The second room has dirty socks in the trash, and garbage left by coffee makers. At this point, it's probably 11pm and we just want to shower and go to bed. There was NO shampoo or shower gel, just empty bottles. And when you get in the shower, there is so much dust that sticks to your feet, you can tell the floor is rarely cleaned. We had to utilize the sofa bed and they only offer sheets and no warm blankets. The thermostat is super bright and we tried hanging a towel to dim it. There was so much noise until after midnight and early in the morning. It's like everyone that leaves early, slams their doors. We originally booked two nights and we're so disappointed and exhausted, we cancelled the second night and cut out trip early.”

The location was absolutely PERFECT around everything and extremely close to the beach. The best part of it all was the view from the room, I stayed 26 floors up and I fell in love with the wrap around floor to ceiling windows in the living room/kitchen. “The price was somewhat reasonable, however, i would be willing to pay more for better accommodations. The room was really tired. The room was suppose to accommodate 5, and the only place to sit was one sofa which was the sofa bed. It was dirty, not comfortable at all and in need of being replaced bad. Same to be said for the beds. Kitchen table was not much better than a small fold up table. I wish I would of done more research, because I would of not stayed 10 days here. The reviews are misleading and over generous, just my honest opinion. And I dont like to give mediocre to bad reviews unless really justified. My family was pretty disappointed this was our vacation accomodations. You better research this one closely.”

“Be warned, if you have booked this hotel or plan to through a third party and paid in full, just know when you check in you are going to be beat over the head with a service fee for everyday you booked, parking, and a $100 deposit out of pocket… so pretty much $200 extra… and if you don’t pay it you don’t get a refund and you are just booty out of luck. The decor is nice the rooms look tidy… however I was compelled to write a review due to the roaches…. Maybe there are old carcasses of roaches, however they appeared in the bed, and one crawled on my lady’s arm in the dark, which ruined the mood if you know what I mean. Coffee would have been nice as well… but a dead roach ruined that notion as well. But if you have no issues with that.. its a nice place… and don’t forget to bring some extra money if you booked through Expedia or any other third party :)”

It's my second day currently at the hotel and we couldn't be happier.The location of this place is literally right on the beach, it is farther away from restaurants and things to do, but to me makes great location because it is quiet and peaceful ,you literally get beach to yourself and you are away from tourists, noise etc.You can walk on the beach it is about 1.9 mile to the Deerfield pier where is many attractions or a very short car/cab drive.We have a superior suite for me,my sister and niece ,it is very spacious we have three king size beds and it makes perfect for our girl trip.Everyone in the hotel is extremely helpful and nice and you get the best restaurant with delicious meals while overlooking the ocean.Its a small boutique hotel so if you ate expecting big resort with lots of amenities it might not be place for you. But if you looking for a quiet beach stay you can't find better spot.”
