“An older property carefully maintained and remodeled, right on the beach. Every room is beach front. Very large rooms, takes dogs, comfy bed. The staff is just excellent. Very helpful. They've thought of everything. They even let you use the properties washers and dryers if you need to throw in a load. There's a shuttle that takes you back and forth to St. Augustine, with very helpful drivers.”

“Had a wonderful weekend here. The rooms are beautiful and spacious and i especially like the window seat. The bathrooms are large and luxurious and stocked with amenities. Wonderful waterfront balcony where we enjoyed room service. Room service food was excellent as well as the staff providing it. Nice pool and hot tub.”

“Arriving and discovering the size of the room, along with having a terrace, left me pleasantly astonished. This place truly stands out for its exceptional quality considering the price. During check-in, Kory at the lobby was remarkably kind. (I intended to write this review immediately, but I've been delayed, so I'm unsure if I remember the name accurately. To the kind gentleman, thank you!) It's a place where it feels almost regretful to only use for sleeping. The staff during breakfast treated us so kindly, just like family. During my travels where my primary need is a place to sleep, I frequently choose Holiday Inn, and this stay might just be the warmest memory I'll retain. We connected our HDMI cable and enjoyed watching movies comfortably. The bed is crucial, and its higher height compared to other places made it even more comfortable. Moreover, we were promptly assisted with a downtown tour at a discounted rate, enhancing our enjoyment of St. Augustine beyond our expectations. This is a place I'd love to revisit.”

“Great location and friendly folks. The buildings are older and could be maintained better, some of the units could use an overhaul. Some are dated and maybe just need some fresh paint. Our unit was extremely clean!! Just dated and in need of minor repairs and painting.”

“This is our 2nd time here, with a different condo. The grounds and pool area are very well kept and are gated at the road and bench access. The condo we have this week was not cleaned properly and could use a deep cleaning and some maintenance in one of the bathrooms. The front desk did make it right, and we had a great week. The first time we stayed, the room was perfect. Just so you know, there is no smoking or pets allowed on the property. Would have been 5 stars, but we had to clean the room.”
